Such a lovely hotel.Such caring and helpful staff.They let us stay all day in our room on our check out day as we had a night bus to take at 10pm.There was no charge and the manager came with us to the bus station to help translate and get us on the right bus as our Spanish is not great.

Best of best if you are looking for cozy place in Huaraz

Needs improvement with their breakfast buffet almost none existing, specifically if it's included on reservations.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard. Could hear rodents scurrying around inside the walls. Staff were incredibly nice and it has a cute charm but doesn't make up for the previous comments.

The service was the standout for this hotel. David and his partner went out of their way to give us a great experience in Huaraz - way beyond providing a comfortable place to stay.

Everything was perfect!

Lovely local hotel with view of Huaraz. Goose feather comforters made it hard to get out of bed but the hot shower was amazing! The service is what made all the difference, such attentive and caring staff.

Very good place

We loved our stay with Santa Cruz. It was like staying with good friends. Willie, Flo, Judy, David and others were very friendly, helpful, and professional. From organizing a tour, to answering quick texts about appropriate Taxi fares, arranging laundry, and accommodating our vegetarian diet, everything was perfect. Tasty breakfasts cooked just right, super clean rooms, and just wonderful staff!

The staff are extremely friendly and went above and beyond to cater to my needs. The property is charming with great views. The room was nice and clean with great beds and modern, well-functioning bathroom fixtures.

Nice view. Very clean. However it was a bit far from the plaza. Although, David and Tiana were very helpful if you ever book a room there ask for them.

The staff was friendly and beyond helpful in every way. They helped arrange transfers to our hike 4 hours away, and any other place we needed to go. We would definitely stay again if we return.

Good hotel with nice breakfast included. Very up to date bathroom / shower with great water pressure and hot water. Mattresses could use an upgrade.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Santa Cruz. The staff were great; our room was large and very comfortable, with incredible views of the mountains; and the daily breakfast was excellent.

Room was very nice, super clean, they are also friendly and will help you with any taxi you need or info about the place.

The staff were great. Very helpful with local attractions.
