Very clean, safe and walkable, nice staff, breakfast was good with nice view. There was no hot water 2-3 nights, had to talk to hotel multiple times and finally figured it out. No elevator in the building, no telephone in room.

Great hotel, friendly and really good food

I arrived very late, alone, in a slight snow storm. It was delightful to be welcomed with mulled wine and a warm receptionist.

Nice hotel in Zernez. Also had dinner at the hotel which was quite good. Breakfast also had some simple made to order items which was a nice extra. Hotel staff very friendly. Only downside was the bed was not fully comfortable for me but that may just be individual preference.

Well managed hotel with comfortable rooms. Heating system might not be adequate on cold days. Breakfast is a bit fussy with all items presented in glass pots. Restaurant is excellent, especially good if one likes game dishes.

Very highly recommended. Very helpful staff great food and will stay there again.

I inituplanned to stay only four days in Zernez. Primarily to acclimate and prepare for a long hike in the Alps. But I fell in love with the environs and particularly the comfort of the Crusch

The hotel is comfortable and at good locations. The breakfast and afternoon tea buffet is very good.

Beautiful wood and stone accented room, bed was very good and slept well. Good buffet breakfast with breads, meats,eggs, fruits and more.Only thing we didn't like was the bathroom. It is surrounded by glass with very little privacy from others in the room but the shower itself was very good. Nice view of the surrounding hills and mountain from the room which had a balcony.

We arrived and the lady did not speak englisg so she got the waitress that then helped us put us on the top floor (no lift). I discovered after quering the room that they as the waitress is not normally doing check in's she put us in a basic room even though we had booked a deluxe double. We got moved to the 1st floor and to a junior suite so that was all good. The beds I found very hard and so I didn;t have a graet sleep and the train at 6am near the hotel made sure I didn't need a wake up call :) Breakfast was was very good.
