Stayed here multiple days. The room was always cleaned and the staff was always beyond helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Cusco

Hotel room was very clean and the hotel staff was exceptionally helpful.  I would stay here again

The hotel was in a terrible location.
In addition, the administrators invented an immigration tax (IGV) that they charge on my credit card $76 soles, but on the invoice, appears only $42.39 soles.
 That was very disappointed, since they did not mentioned when I registered.
