Great location but parking was a major inconvenience. No parking at the hotel, not even an ability to pull up front and take out our luggage. Had to park at either a public parking lot for $50 or a hotel about 8 min away for $35.

In a quiet location in the centre. We had a lovely spacious studio room on floor 3 with a sitting room and separate bedroom. Apart from the air- conditioning being a bit too intrusive, we loved the room. We loved the view across the fjord to the Arctic Cathedral. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room is a bit crowded if you don't go in early. The outside of the hotel isn't very smart- looking but inside the lobby has a nice sitting area with coffee and cookies. We would definitely stay there again if we could book room 312!

Room is not in good condition, it is not a good value for money

Staff were absolutely lovely, the room was very good in size and decently clean. The hotel is modest, so fixtures aren’t latest and greatest, but I was very comfortable staying there for 4 nights. The continental breakfast was delicious and totally worth it to start our excursion days fully energised. Would recommend!

Absolutely amazing hotel excellent value for money spotlessly clean and super friendly staff. Lucy from main reception was fantastic from check in to check out she is a huge asset to the team very helpful. The hotel location is very good close.to all restaurants and main square. The rooms are cosy and clean very well heated. Breakfast was plenty of choice and again well stocked and always clean. I would reccomend Skansen hotel 100% and would stay again.

Room was great for a solo traveller. Single bed was comfortable and the room was heated well. The bathroom was huge and shower was great. One morning I had no hot water but staff helped and sorted it. Location was excellent! Right at the end of the Main Street with a 5 minute walk to most things. Plenty of food and bar options around the area. While the price during the time I was there was far too much for what it was - compared to the rest of the area it was decent.

We were very comfortable at Enter Skansen. The hotel feels new, the room was spacious and the buffet breakfast was filling. The location is a short walk to the central attractions. Paid parking is available nearby. The only negative comment I could make is the noise of the winter car tyres managed to penetrate the double glazed windows, so we heard every car drive by.

I came on a solo trip to take part in the PolarNight Half Marathon, so my single room served the purpose. Perhaps consider putting a cupboard in the bathroom area where there is space for it. Apart from that, the staff are very friendly, it was clean, and the breakfast was very good.

Good location just out of the centre. Easy bus links to airport. Room was simple but didnt want for anything....couldn't get tv to work but that wasnt important. Breqkfast would benefit from hot food bit its advertised as continental so cant conplain. Staff were very friendly ans helpful. I reported shower had a leak and receptionist took a bote to sort. Would recommend and stay again

La camera era piccola, ma pulita e funzionale. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione varia: molta scelta sul salato, qualche opzione in meno sui dolci, ma comunque soddisfacente. Rapporto qualità/prezzo/posizione assolutamente buono!!

Pænere end facaden antyder. Må være renoveret for nylig, men med materialer i den billigere ende, men helt ok. Noget lyd fra trafik på gangen og i naboværelserne var lidt generende. Acceptabel morgenmadbuffet. Kunne godt bruge noget falre varianter på Prisen taget i betragtning var det ok.

Helt greit hotell til en grei pris med en grei beliggenhet. Det hadde vært fint med et ventilasjonsanlegg, men det fungerer ganske bra med å åpne vinduene også, selv om det jo er noe trafikk og fotgjengere med vekslende promille. Frokosten er helt ok, uten at man velger å komme tilbake fordi frokosten er så sykt god. Det er greit og variert brødmat, men det må trekkes for litt deigete "bakeoff-brød". Frokostbuféen hadde løftet seg til over det ordinære med brødvarer av en litt høyere kvalitet. Renholdet er helt OK, men å legge fra seg en bunke med rene håndklær og ta med de gamle er ikke nok til toppkarakter. Litt støv og slikt i krokene, men det er omtrent som forventet. Ingen av de ansatte prater norsk, men sånn er det mye av i tromsø.
