First off I booked a four bed female dorm. Right off the bat told that wasn't available even though I paid an upcharge for it. Which was never refunded. Second off I stayed for 6 days and had to move because they didn't have a place for me to stay for 6 consistent days. Third off they double charged me I had prepaid my cost but when I checked in they charged me again which was refunded 4 days later. Washer and dryers don't work even though they charge you almost $10 each to use. The best part of this whole hostel is the convenience of the location. I make the best of every situation but I would never stay in this hostel again. Everything was an upcharge.

Did not eat at the bar/ restaurant. No basis to comment about the food and bar services.

Checkin and checkout was quick and efficient, the room was nice for the price. I stayed in a private group so we got our own bathroom, towels, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Didn’t say long but there were a ton of signs for events and things to do at the hostel which looked like it’d be fun

Clean pleasant hostel in a great location. However, I payed extra for a city view room and was on floor 5 of 10 which wasn't great.

Not the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on but for the price i cant really fault it a really good base for anyone staying in dublin.

In the 8 bed girls dorm there is a separate shower room and toilet in the room, which is great for mornings. The beds had good privacy too. Very central to Dublin City centre, transport is simple to navigate and everything is very walkable.

There were a lot of kids running around the hallway, screaming, and not being mindful to the other people’s who were staying in the same floor. But other than that, the staff was helpful, and the place was very accessible to the city.

My locker was broken and was not able to be fixed so I didn’t have proper luggage storage during my stay when it was supposed to be included

Good stay. Pretty noisy from the street and people in the hallways. Loved the cubbie style bunks in a 4 person private room. Had lots of hooks, shelves and storage bins. We didn't do breakfast because it didn't open until 7a and often we needed to leave by then. Lots of 20 somethings. Very few 40+

Booked for a short stay with my daughter during Easter half term. Location, staff, room size and amenities were excellent.

Just beautiful. This is a perfect spot. Kid-friendly, lovely, right in the heart of things. The private rooms were perfect for a family. Clean and friendly, really perfect.

Dirty rooms and bathrooms, additionally it was like a sauna in there. The window only opens a crack which doesn’t help. Staff was difficult to understand (I speak English) and security very rude. The common area was decent but nobody really uses it. Don’t cheap out just get a hotel room.

Breakfast was clean and filling, among it: white and brown bread, diversity of cold cuts, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, cold and hot water, orange and apple juice, cold cereals, beans, scrambled eggs and pancakes are available and made in the moment for an additional cost. Trash was taken out of room every morning and sheets were changed every 5 days. Bathroom had working cold and hot water, with complementary soap, shampoo and conditioner. There is an employee in reception at most hours of the day.

Just as we expected. Not the Ritz, but a simple place to stay at a great price.
