Je n'ai jamais vu des chambres aussi peu insonorisé. C'était l'équivalent de dormir avec d'autres personnes dans ma chambre. Essayer de dormir était un véritable supplice.

Charming Victorian style hotel very well-maintained. Great location in the heart of Magog. No apparent staff on site if you needed assistance. Had to walk a block away to their parent facility. No big deal.

Checking in was complicated and very slow.

Very nice place to stay. Clean and well maintained. Unfortunately there is no one on sight to attend to issues. No follow through by staff.

No after hours check in personnel, so needed to walk to another hotel to check in, walk back in the rain and put in a door code. The house has character, but felt more like a lodging house. There was no breakfast available there and the hot water ran out half way through the shower! Would not return!

Pleasant older historic property. Coffee and tea available 24/7 in the cafe.

Je ne crois pas que nous ayons eu la chambre prévue. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée après notre première nuit.

Breakfast is available for a price at another hotel nearby. We went elsewhere. The hotel is an older building but well maintained. The room had an ac window unit, a bit loud but efficient. The room (and bathroom) was clean. Furnished with antiques which gave it an old but interesting look. The bed was comfortable enough.

I didn’t like the fact that they charged me twice. Correcting the their mistake is difficult as they avoid any calls on the issue. Service after the trip counts - mistakes can be made - but not returning calls is terrible.
