This was our second time staying here, and it was wonderful. We stayed in another room than our last visit, and while the room size and layout differed, the standard of cleanliness and comfort was the same. Very clean, comfortable, and the location is convenient. It was a lovely stay. Merci beaucoup pour ce magnifique week-end!

Notre cinquième séjour à l'Hôtel Expérience-Quartier des marinas. L'hôtel est très bien situé sur la rue Principale, au coeur de l'action, à proximité du Lac Memphrémagog. Toutes les suites sont grandes et sont en fait des appartements (cuisine, grande salle de bain, laveuse-sécheuse), foyer, etc. Personnel très accueillant. Stationnement souterrain ou extérieur, selon la disponibilité (nous avons toujours obtenu une place à l'intérieur). Gymnase.

The space was a bit sparse, lacking hooks on doors and luggage racks, and the sofa was not comfortable. The big surprise for us is that the property is right along side of the train track. So in the middle of the night, the freight train blast its horn and then runs right alongside the property. The view of the lake was nice, but would have been a lot better if we were not on the third or fourth floor. The first floor also put us right above the delivery trucks so there was a lot of noise in that regard also. Having a Nespresso coffee machine in the room was a real bonus. You couldn’t ask for a better location.

This stay exceeded our expectations in every way! It was impeccably clean, spacious, and had all of things we could possibly need. Gorgeous rooms and finishes. Great location to restaurants and stores. The gym had all the equipment we needed for our workouts, and though we did not use the hot tubs or sauna this time, we certainly will for future stays! It was a magnificent weekend. Merci beaucoup pour ce magnifique week-end!

Room was clean and exactly as described. Hotel staff communicated with us before the trip and responded to our questions.

What a beautiful place to stay at, I was so disappointed to only have booked 1 night. Everything was amazing from check in, to the amenities to the location. Already looking to book it again

If you want to sleep, stay somewhere else. There’s a train that starts at 5:00 am and is super loud, blowing whistle and all. Hotel great location, clean but I wouldn’t go back because of the street noise, trucks people leaving a bar at 3:00 and mostly the because of the train.
