It would be wise not to choose a room with a low ceiling; it's obnoxious. Also, don't plan to sleep until late; wake up when the sun rises; otherwise, you will have annoying sun rays on your face. The curtains need an update. The bathroom had no curtains, and the wall was fully glass. In summer, the bathroom would be very hot—it was hot in May during my stay. Curtains would help cool it down. Also, you can put one or two glasses in the room, only to paper cups doesn't help, i don't like to call reception for simple things, these are defaults. Also, make sure to fill the soap container with soap, it was empty. Other than that, it was clean, the bed was clean, no noise, and the staff is ok. It's overpriced tho. you can get a better room for the same price.

Akşam resepsiyonisti çok kibar,anlayışlı ve işini özveriyle yapan biri olsa da sabahki resepsiyonist geceden söylememize rağmen 12’deki çıkış saatinden 5 dk sonra arayıp çıkış yapmanız gerekiyor diye uyardı tavrı hoşuma gitmedi çıkış yaparkenki tavrı ve göz temasını beğenmedim.

It was real good and price worth for long stay. Staffs supportive at all time. Good and clean breakfast arrangements every morning. Really I recommend this place. Overnight stay for meeting up with friends. This hotel is easy walking distance from the train station and many cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops. The accommodations are very adequate for short stays and the included breakfast buffet was excellent.

Otel gayet temiz ve güzeldi.Personel arkadaşlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydiler. Konumu itibariyle çok iyi .Kahvaltı alanı biraz küçük ama yer bulunabiliyor.Otelin anlaşmalı otoparkı var park yeri sorunu yok.

ikinci kez kalıyorum. kahvaltı hakkında fikrim yok şehirdeki yerleri keşfetmek adına otelde kahvaltı yapmadım ancak personelin tutumu, odanın temizliği, rahatlığı, karşılama ve odanın imkanları çok konforlu bir deneyim yaşattı bize. Daha önce kaldığımda da memnundum bu sefer de memnun kaldım umarım hep böyle kaliteli bir standartta devam ederler.

Genel olarak Arus Otel de konaklamak keyifli fakat bu sefer ki ziyaretimde koridor ve oda aşırı yemek kokusuyla doluydu. Özellikle banyo aşırı yemek kokuyordu sanırım havalandırma ile ilgili bir sıkıntı var bunun dısında temiz ilgili çalışanlara sahipler. Teşekkürler.
