unfinished - VERY poor taste

The room was nice and clean, the bin was broken and the bedding could have been thicker. We ate in the restaurant which was nice but the bar staff wasn’t very interested in his job. We were ignored for a while as he looked at his phone and chatted to another man. The waiter and food were both good. The reception staff were lovely and the breakfast delicious and varied. The hotel was very pretty with lots of decorations. I didn’t use the spa as it was men’s time but my husband did. It’s a shame there wasn’t a time we could use the pool area and swim together.

Elevator is not safe .3 small size men can’t fit in . Building old . Parking has many water leaking. Bed mattresses so old and poor quality.

friendly Staff, upstairs bar has beautiful view, reasonable drink prices.

The Grand Ani over achieves. Rooms were everything we had hoped for AND the windows were operable, letting the lovely Spring weather inside. Staff is superior and the restaurant is wonderful. Remarkable breakfast!!!

Lovely hotel with a gorgeous Turkish Hammam and pool in a convenient location. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, with many suggestions on places to explore. Most sites of interest can be accessed within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very comfortable. The staff always helpful. Walking distance to Main Street filled with lots of dining choices. Amenities in the hotel are very good. I will stay here again. Thank you for your professionalism.

This was a nice hotel. The staff was incredible friendly and helpful. Free parking in garage by valet. The breakfast was incredible. The spa is open to women in the morning and after 4pm for men but they said that they could make an exception for my wife and I at thr same time after 11:30pm. No individual control for temperature in the room was the only negative. Close to everything considering the city center is very small. I would definitely stay here again.

Well located in a quiet part of the city and everything is within walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is average. Its 4-star designation comes from having a pool and spa and providing some "luxury" touches in your room. My bed was comfortable but it filled so much of the space that it wasn't possible to fit a chair at the desk. Overall the staff were great; one staff person spent time making sure I understood where to catch the bus to Ani. They accommodated my request for a new room after the first night. I did have a disagreement with the front desk; my Turkish wasn't good enough to explain my point of view, so I am not lowering my rating based on this disagreement.

Everyone, and I mean everyone, at the hotel we helpful and friendly. We have travelled all the way from Baku and this was the best place we had stayed in. Thoroughly recommend.

Grans Ani Hotel in Kars is a great place to stay. We arrived very late 3:30 AM and they made the rest of our stay very comfortable. They kept the breakfast beyond regular hours of operation knowing we had arrived late. All in all very happy with the stay, service and atmosphere.

I was able to experience the convenient hotel location and the best restaurant food, and I especially appreciate the kindness of the hotel staff.

A good choice of hotel in Kars, good location. Comfortable but a little tired around the edges e.g. tv didn’t work, shower door broken etc. Room very hot and not able to control (apart from opening the window) very comfy bed, friendly and helpful staff.

Good location, nice staff and the room was very good. It was good to have access to the gym and pool.
