My first room's electricity failed, but they quickly arranged a new room for me. Otherwise a beautiful hotel, great breakfast, great staff.

I'm afraid this property should not be graded as 4*. I booked a deluxe room and I'm afraid it was far from deluxe. I had 3 nights of very poor sleep. The bathroom light comes on with a sensor- it kept coming on on its own all night waking me each time as it lit the whole room. The shower is awful. It's over to one corner and I had to keep moving the head. It made having a shower very awkward as you had to stand on your side. The room temperature was far too hot and the air conditioning dones't work. When I asked about this they advised that the switch off the air conditioning in August. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Reataurant and hotel were very good! One minus point, the electric supply’s were shut off during night (electric system) so for working people getting up and counting on having everything charged, this was a bit of a minus point

The hotel is very conveniently located near the city centre. Most places in the city are within walking distance. The hotel is set back from the road so there is no traffic noise. The room and common areas had a smart, modern appearance. The room was very comfortable with a good bed. The breakfast has a good variety of things to choose from.

Parking in the underground garage was difficult due to some renovations work going ond the high occupation at the time I was there. Otherwise excellent hotel and marvelous breakfast!

Excellent hotel in the middle of Erlangen with great amenities and very friendly staff

Nice hotel but bit old as I was given a bigger room which was nice but the closet shelves were some half broken, the window was bit not fully closing but they manage to fix it. Sometimes in early evenings there were some noises but at full night was o.k. The Jazz night was nice which was free entrance to the guest. Overall good hotel nearby galleria and shopping district and not far from the Erlangen Bahnhof.
