Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views and very helpful staff. Delicious food and convenient breakfast schedule. Situated on a hill outside of town, but I believe there is a good bus connection for those who don't fancy the climb. Great for hikers!

It simply was not a 4star superior class hotel. Staff training might go a long way to close this gap.

Hotel is very nice but pricey for what it is. Unfortunately, the hotels.com website is inaccurate in its description. There was no air conditioning or separate sitting area as described. The room was also pretty small and the bathroom little more than a cupboard. A little disappointing for something that cost over 220 euros a night. On the plus side, probably the best breakfast buffet I have ever experienced in a hotel (which is a few) and the dinner buffet was also great.

Oberstdorf is a very beautiful place, hotel oberstdorf was very confortable and relaxing and in the perfect location for shopping, walking and cycling

We travelled to Oberstdorf to visit our daughter who lives there while she is training as a figure skater on the German team. I have been there many times but it was my husbands first visit. The hotel is located in a beautiful area atop a hill. We enjoyed the ambiance. The spa could use a little updating as the steam and sauna were not turned on unless you request it and then it takes a long time to heat up. Other than that everyone is extremely helpful , and the food is delicious. We will definitely return .

A perfectly fine place to stay for the night. Not in the category of the true 5-star hotels, but nice enough.

A great hotel, a bit outside of Oberstdorf. But there is a bus right outside the hotel. It takes only a couple of minutes - and you get a card from the hotel - so no charge. Huge breakfast buffet, lovely staff and a really nice spa area. The hotel bar was also great. The only minus was that my room was in a corner and the amazing view from the balcony was a bit blocked.

Meiner Tochter und mir hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden wieder kommen.

Hyggelig opphold som svarte til forventningene på alle måter. Veldig praktisk med buss til sentrum. Stoppested er like ved hotellet, og vi fikk utdelt gratis busskort i resepsjonen. Svært god frokost, og fantastisk spa-avdeling! Eneste minus var at badstuene ikke var varme før etter kl 12, noe som gjorde at vi ikke fikk utnyttet det maksimalt.

Leider war der Service im Restaurant abends schlecht, die Getränkebestellung bis jemand diese aufnahm dauerte ca. 15 Minuten.

Sehr freundliches Personal von der Rezeption - Reinigungskräften. Inneneinrichtung der Hotels (Design) top. Beim Frühstücksbüffet hat es an nichts gefehlt, es gab alles und noch mehr m.

Toller Wellnessbereich. Leckeres Vitalbuffet. Wellnessanwendungen sehr angenehm. Riesiges Frühstücksbuffet. Was nicht so toll ist, ist die Lage. Es ist schon eher weit zu laufen für ins Dorf. Ebenfalls sollte man das Hotel nicht wählen, wenn man keine Kinder mag. Es hat doch sehr viele Familien. Whirlpool sollte auch ab 16 gemacht werden. War zu oft von spielenden Kindern besetzt!
