Great room size. Small sitting area beds were a little soft for our taste. As is very common in Germany it was impossible to find any TV channels in English or with english subtitles. Bahroom was a good size, but the shower floor Was very slippery. Breakfast was very good. Love the german bread.

Very easy to find and perfect for our visit to see friends

The room had a slight unpleasent. I could not place where it came from so just opened the window. Mentioned it the the Front Desk next day. Was only here on the way to Hamburg so did not really bother too much and the room was not too expensive. The breakfast was good though.

The only good experience with this hotel was the friendliness of the staff. The carpet in the hallway of the hotel is way overdue to be replaced. My section of the hotel was filled with unpleasant smell from the kitchen. The hotel overall felt really cheap. The reason I did not leave right away was because it was dark outside and I did not have a car and did not know the area better. There was nothing that made me feel luxurious about this hotel. Even the lights were making lots of annoying noises. Worst of all, I'm not even sure that they clean up their bedding sheets regularly. I was waken up in the middle of the night by the repugnant smell of the pillow. The breakfast was ok, except that there were several flies hovering around my food, and the canned fruits they served were bad. The high rating of this hotel is so fishy. I would never come back again for sure. This is the fourth hotel in my week long trip. I enjoyed all of the other hotels 100%. It's disappointing to have such a bad experiences with this one.

Location was excellent for an overnight stay before embarking on a cruise from a nearby terminal. Shops, restaurants and bank were close to hotel for any needed items. Staff were friendly and very helpful - gave clear and concise directions for the sightseeing we intended before embarkation. Check cruise terminal used for your cruise ship - there are terminals on both sides of the harbour and the hotel may not be as convenient for departures from other terminals

Brilliant hotel, friendly helpful staff, nice quiet area, good value for money with an excellent breakfast, close to transport routes and close to the beach. Would highly recommend!!!

Plenty of parking space

This is a very pleasant hotel, which has both an internal as well as en external car park. The team member doing the Check-in was very pleasant and helpful as were others during the breakfast service in the morning. The only down side to this hotel is that there is no restaurant, just a small bar and there are only two or three good restaurants in the immediate vicinity, which for my three night stopover was absolutely fine. The hotel is very clean and my room was spotless and the bed war comfortable. Even a small desk and free Wifi were available to help me do some work in the evenings. My only complaint of the room would be that it had a Velux window and during my stay it rained heavily during the night keeping my awake at times. But, if I have to visit this area again then this would be my hotel of choice.

Good breakfast. Clean room. Split beds slide apart while sleeping, which is not ideal for couples. But overall, a nice hotel in a pleasant town.

The hotel is perfectly placed if you are heading for the ferry port at Ostuferhafen, ferries to Lithuania. It is just across the river and a few minutes drive away. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and we were very quickly registered and in our room. The room was small but perfectly adequate for an overnight stay, it was very clean, beds were comfy, and we had a view of river. The ensuite was tiny but good shower and very clean. Breakfast was good, a well stocked buffet, plenty of tea and coffee. The hotel is situated next to some shops and cafes.

Convenient for the companies I was visiting but not terribly close to the main town. Even so there are enough restaurants around that you don't need to go far.

No wifi in the room. And we did not get any compensation
