This is a beautiful spa resort. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Lovely restaurant and bar, lovely pool and spa area, free use of bicycles, and great location near Fussen, Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves and we would definitely return.

Room was wonderful with great view of castles from balcony. Spa was geat. Loved the steam room!

The man at the service desk was simply mean and unapologetic about our shower breaking and messing up our entire day as it took hours to fix and our baby could not nap. We weren’t offered a room or any extra care to help make it better. Left a very bad taste to a very special and long awaited trip. There were flies all around in the spa and the room was very disappointing considering the price. I thought this hotel was going to be our greatest stay on the trip and it turned out to be the worst.

The staff was very friendly and the room a delight. We wish we would have been able to stay at least another night.

Great location to visit Neuschwanstein and explore the area. Spa amenities were a welcome surprise, first class. Only regret is we didn’t have more time to spend there. Would highly recommend as the place to stay

The subtle things in the service at the hotel from all the staff. The food was I believably delicious. The views were sublime as was the people working during our stay. Breakfast with a real Frame of local honey was beyond words Thank you

Excellent hotel, staff was courteous from the beginning to the end of the stay. They even found someone who spoke Portuguese with my in laws. The room was comfortable and well designed. Dinner and breakfast were also great.

The hotel is likely one of the best in Schwangau. Having said this, the staff could be better at anticipating needs, like toilet paper (had to ask for another roll) room service (no butter or salt and pepper, and missing items). There were little things like the floor being dusty and the minibar fridge having a room temperature instead of nice and cool. The restaurant is top notch—Michelin. The view if the castles —fantastic. Quiet, good bedroom beds etc. qualified endorsement.

I liked the proximity to the Castle. I liked the welcome Champagne. I did not like that staff did not take phone calls in evening. Also when I phoned for US adapter, which they had, they asked me to go down to retrieve. You would think a “Superior” hotel would bring it up to my room. Lastly they were not helpful when it came to getting train information. Amenities were great as well as it’s location but staff was not up to par.

Hotel is lovely, overlooks the famous Neuschwanstein Castle with a gorgeous pool. Check in was easy and staff were super friendly. Breakfast was tasty, especially enjoyed the Buck’s Fizz on offer. I would say it’s just a touch overpriced, but think they charge the premium as there are not many nice hotels in the area.

A bit of a slow check in but then the staff were amazing the food as well, Sonya looked after us for three nights while doing our fine dining and believe me it was she is a credit to you’re hotel thanks so much for a great 4 days
