Clean and truly historic with updates. Walk everywhere in town. Located within the ancient walled city. Breakfast extra but nicely done.

A wonderful old hotel, owned by the same couple since 1968.

It’s an amazing family run hotel with loads of personal touch. You can’t ask for a better host and hospitality. We loved the personal touch and conversation by the owners. Most importantly, it was an awesome breakfast managed with personal touch and customized to extent possible. I would stay here again, just for the breakfast (included with the stay)

A very warm welcom

Friendly staff but very basic room which needs updating!

Though it's a business trip, but we take a short time touring around inside the old town, it's really worthwell. And the hotel is in a old wooden house, but unexpected warm, nice and home feeling with pretty good breakfast to greet in the morning, very good taste restaurant nearby in the evening with reasonable price. We did enjoy the stay.

We had a spectacular room in this very unique building. The building is 500 years old! We were very happy with our stay. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful!

Super location, personalised breakfast table with just awesome local spread and nohjonestly hand made delicacies for us was superb. the hotel was quaint and the location is excellent. No dedicated parking but the streets are OK. highly recommended. generally the staff speak a schwabish dialect, but that doesnt cause any real problems if you knoiw a couple of basic german words.

The rooms were big,airy and very comfortable. The owners and all of their staff were welcoming,kind and helpful. We enjoyed visiting with them. You could not ask for any better breakfast(the fresh eggs and milk were so good) and the wide assortment of food offered was amazing!

Very convenient to the historic district. They had a garage for our bikes which we really appreciated. Our room was a family room with plenty of room to spread out. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. My only hesitation for an Excellent is that there were yellow jackets enjoying the breakfast buffet, which makes sense since it was excellent.
