Good stay but room was hot as no aircon. Had to request a fan

Lovely hotel! Great Area! The hotel and its grounds were beautiful. Would recommend air conditioning being installed as the rooms do get very hot and it is not ideal to have your window open if you are on the ground floor. Overall good stay and would stay again if were in the local area.

A perfect spot for an intimate overnight or an extended getaway. Far enough away from the big city, yet close enough for a little sightseeing and shopping.

Tired looking hotel, towels frayed, furniture needs replacing but more staff in one hotel than any other I have stayed in. All the staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating; it’s hard to give a bad review as they try so hard! But the hotel itself just doesn’t cut the mustard.

Friendly staff. Good restaurant. Quiet neighborhood. Hotel is composed of several buildings. What is called the Landhaus goes back to 1753 with its story displayed at the entrance to the Landhaus.

Beautiful property, and great staff. Easily the largest rooms I've had in Europe. Amazing separate bathroom, and great hotel design. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Although a bit off the beaten track, this hotel is well worth finding. The quietness is very good for sleeping.

I had a great time, everyone is friendly, good food, spa is awesome a must, everybody speaks English and they will try to make you feel special.

This is a beautiful hotel in the mountains. I was so surprised at how quaint and beautiful this hotel was. It is a hotel spa but there's no pressure at all to use the spa services. The hotel is very private and nice and quiet. I just loved staying here in this beautiful hotel and 600 year old town! Also loved the fresh, relaxing mountain breeze!

Suberb setting in village of Lossel near to Iserlohn. We were made to feel most welcolme by the Neuhaus family, in a well run country hotel. The food was outstanding both for breakfast and that served in the restaurant in the evening. The restaurant was frequented by a large number of local people, for very good reason as it was outstanding. Good area for walking. We had dinner on three evenings during our short stay. The meals were absolutely excellent, and of the highest quality and suberbly presented. The service was first rate. We would stay there again.

Schade, dass die Getränken im Wellness Bereich öfters leer waren. Die Sauna hätten man auch ohne Aufforderung mal auf 17Uhr an machen können. Leider immer noch keine Wallbox für Elektroautos vorhanden

Schrecklich, mehr braucht man zu dieser Baustelle nicht sagen. Ich reiste um 19 Uhr an und man wollte mir ein Zimmer geben das offensichtlich vom Service nicht gereinigt wurde, aber trotzdem im System als Sauber abgelegt wurde. Das Ersatz Zimmer war sein Geld definitiv nicht wert. Nie wieder!!!
