Staff excellent, restaurant excellent. I would recommend this hotel for business or pleasure trips

Older hotel, family run. Quiet stay. Bath towels were frayed, torn, worn out, need replacement. Hard to communicate with reception staff...no English.

Always an excellent stay at this hotel. Great food,comfortable and friendly. Well located for Ulm and surrounding areas. Ease if access to Stuttgart and Memmingen airport.

I loved the outside architecture of the hotel and town.

Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Very clean and beds were comfy. My daughter got sick while we were there, after Dr hours, and the owner called the local pharmacy and helped us with some homeopathic remedies to help. They called a taxi for us in the morning, and were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was amazing, as was the restaurant. Delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel if staying in the area, it was top notch.

Absolutely Perfect!!! The breakfast is one of the finest anywhere. The food in the restaurant is also the best. Perfect stay always. With an excellent cost. Value and Quality

it was goood! the parking is a problem in later hours, as well as the noise from the street (which is too narrow), otherwise clean and nice

A special hotel with modern conveniences in the middle of an old town. This is a family owned hotel with genuine friendliness. The restaurant had excellent food of the area.

Property and rooms were great. Staff friendly. Breakfast very well laid out. Convenient location for shops, food and bars. Lovely little village and the Blautopf has to be worth the 5 minute walk. Only downside - I am sure Europe regulations had stopped smoking inside bars. The hotel bar was thick with smoke and people were lighting up constantly. Reminded me of Germany in the 90s.

Nice hotel - very friendly staff. Bar would've been OK if you were a smoker - ended up taking my drink to my room.

Beautiful hotel in quiet location within 20 minutes driving of Ulm City Center.

Have stayed there a couple of times per year and the service is great. Stayed in the new part of the Hotel which was very nice .Breakfast was always great,management is very friendly and accommodating.Parking is a little tight but no problem.

Lovely little place with a lake and great views nearby. The hotel staff dead friendly. The hotel itself - the room we had was ok although very dated. The breakfast/dining area Is modern and breakfast was great. Stopped here as passing through on way to somewhere else but great little place to stop for a night. Had the most amazing food in the Hotel Zum Lowen so defo worth a trip there for evening meal :)

Our rooms were a little crowded for 6 people, but we had expected that, and there were 2 when we had only expected one. There was also a fridge which we hadn't expected. No freezer, but thé folks at the bar gladly gave us ice for our trip before we left. The crowning glory of this stop though, was the included breakfast...just an astonishingly large variety of choices including fruit, yogurts, cereals, many breads, meats, cheeses, coffes, juices...
