We stayed at one of the apartments for 4 nights. The apartment is spacious and clean. It was listed as having cleaning service everyday but we got only towel change one day, a quick vacuum the second day and a bit more cleaning the third day. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. The bathroom can use a bit of renovation and deeper cleaning. The staff are nice and helpful. The location is very nice and the building has many amenities and facilities which are great for families. Overall a great option for families and a bit more cleaning and work can make it even better.

This is a great place to stay in Skive. Its a little gem

Perfect place to stay if you enjoy sailing or just want a quiet getaway in a beautiful location. Rooms are large and comfortable with balconies overlooking the fjord. The reception staff are friendly and efficient and went out of their way to help us organize an excursion.

Friendly service, rooms in good conditions. There is an onsite restaurant (not tried) and a nearby harbour with various possibilities for activities, but Skive city centre is a good 30 min walk (5 min in car). There is a well-stocked 24 h self-service bar. Rooms have outside seating. For longer stays it is recommended to upgrade to one of the rooms with a view of the sea/fjord.

May be a little far out of town for some but the setting is idyllic!

Nice harbor view and convenient to it. Nice heated floor in bathroom. Downsides were meager towels and below-average breakfast buffet and room with outside balcony access during rain - - get wet getting to remainder of hotel. Could fix with eave over balcony.

Great location near marina. Staff very friendly. Restaurant food very good but on the Saturday night of our stay closed for private function. It would be good if guests were advised before closure. We appreciated our complimentary upgrade to a marina view apartment.

very nice and very clean rooms with very good service

Used for a business trip, the Double Room, single occupancy room is set up as a Hotel or Apartment. It is weird that you can only have single occupancy, when there is a bed that can fit two people and a loft upstairs suitable for kids. The living room is spacious, along with a kitchen and balcony. There are picnic tables outside in the courtyard and overlooking the bay/marina. Walking and biking trails near by. A restaraunt on-site, with Breakfast included. Breakfast consisted of Scrambled Eggs, Sausage and Bacon, along with an assortment of bread and danish's, coffee, tea, juices, fruit and cold cuts. Dinner Restaurant closed too early for us, kitchen closes at 9 pm, restaurant 10 pm. In June, the sun sets at 11:30 pm, and is light all night long (you can walk at 3 am in the morning with no issue). With the late hours we got back late, and missed being able to have dinner at the Hotel.

Very difference view.

It's a great hotel, lovely peaceful marina location, ideal for guests with cars. Fabulous service and spotless rooms. Breakfast was a low point due to flys and uncovered food. Otherwise a wonderful stay.
