The hotel has a great location inside the park, it is nice to wake up to great views and birdsongs. Also the staff was very friendly and serviceminded, and the food was good.

Nice stay, but a coffee machine or kettle in the room would be nicer. Instead, I must go downstairs to a small "coffee room" and get coffee (or hot water for tea) from a machine and carry the cup back to my room.

Nice hotel, friendly people and easy walk town even on a bitterly cold day

The room is not worth what they charge. There are no USB ports, very few power outlets, and hardly any lights. It was warm during our stay, yet we were given very thick duvets. There was only one window that opens about 6 inches wide to let in some air.

We would have really appreciated a fan in the room. It was quite hot during our stay, and it had been hot for weeks. Also, if there is anything going on in the Park, the noise comes right in. The music lasted until 11 PM. The food was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. One young man at reception even moved his personal car so that we would have a place to park.

Arrived late key was in box, nice clean room, quiet had a good sleep. Breakfast table was fine, nothing fancy.

Our stay started by getting to the hotel late because of flight delays. The hotel staff accommodated our very late arrival by having a staff member stay late. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is very quite. The breakfast was great and had a lot of selections. We had a piece of luggage lost by the airlines and the staff was very helpful in helping us get it back. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very good location. You can't go wrong booking this hotel.

What a wonderful find! My family and I stayed here for only one night on our holiday travels, but we will definitely be returning. The staff was great. Helpful, polite, professional, and willing to accommodate our late arrival on a Sunday. The hotel itself is rich with history and is a beauty. We will definitely be returning.

super hyggeligt hotel i grønne og rolige omgivelser. Dejligt værelse og mulighed for gå og løbeture både inde (motionslokale) og ude. Gode spise muligheder og indkøb kun få 100 meter fra hotellet. Fin morgenmad :-)

La réceptionniste ainsi que le responsable « en tenu de cuisinier » ont été très désagréable. Par contre, les 2 serveurs sont à l'écoutes et professionnels. La chambre réservé de type "Chambre Double Majestueuse patio" pour 2 nuits qui nous a été attribué se trouver en face d’un immeuble collectif. Quelle déception ! Ils ne nous pas été possible de demander une autre chambre. A l'accueil le 1er jour, personne n’était présent. Nous avons attendu plus de 10 minutes pour voir venir la réceptionniste froidement pour nous remettre la clé. Aucun échange possible pour plus d’informations. Nous avons juste pu demander une table pour le diner à 18h30 qui nous a été confirmé. Nous avons très bien diner avec seul 5 autres tables pour environ 15 personnes. Mais quelle surprise n’a pas été de voir que le petit déjeuner n’est servi que à partir de 8 heures le week-end. L’accès au restaurant le 2ème soir il nous a été refusé pour cause de surbooking. C’est plus la manière de nous refuser que cela nous a choqué.
