The hotel is clean the staff is excellent The rooms need care the shower spills lots of water all over the bathroom when you shower. The room door is not secure enough one small lock didn’t feel safe leaving my things. The molding on the bathroom floor broken. Bathroom lighting very dimm . The breakfast room is open very cold too cold

Our stay was fantastic. We really enjoyed the rooms since they were nice, quiet, and clean, but a bit cold. We also loved the buffet-like breakfast. The food was great.

The staff especially Mrs Flor exceeded our expectations ,she was extremely helpful and caring.

I made a reservation for my parents , when they arrived to the hotel , the front lady told them she could not find the reservation. I provided her the reservation number and the confirmation from Expedia. She claimed Expedia never notified the hotel about the resection made online. She blamed the app. After insisting that I made the reservation, she magically found it, however there were no more Rooms available. She offered my parents other rooms from their own chain of hotels a few blocks away. My parents took the room since they have no choice. The hotel was not the same category as reserved. It was old and humid. Same experience as other guess from last year if you read the reviews. Thanks
