Excellent value for money, excellent location, super clean and very polite helpful people working for the hotel. If you are looking for a good budget Hotel with excellent amenities near by, don’t think twice.

This hotel felt a bit over regimented. Check in was through a window. Breakfast charged extra for a second cup of coffee, etc.

This is the second time we stay at this hotel. It was quite clean and has a friendly staff. It might be better if you vary the breakfast. It seems you serve the same dish every day.

The quality of the hotel was really great for the price, and it was in a good location. We were within walking distance of Malecon 2000, Las Penas, the iguana park, and many other Guayaquil attractions. The room was very clean, shower was hot, and the bathroom was stocked with shampoo and soap. There were only two downsides. First, the breakfast was not vegetarian-friendly (rolls were coated in grease and the eggs contained ham). The kitchen staff were receptive to our requests to make the meal vegetarian, but there was still traces of ham in the eggs. There is also a school behind the hotel that has a loudspeaker. Depending on the room you're in, you may be woken up at 6:00 AM to school announcements.

The hotel was very conveniently located for walking to the Malecon. The water too a while to heat up, but there was a nice rain shower head. The air conditioner seemed a little weak, but I was still comfortable in the room

Great place for it's money. Quite rudimentary but saved the day when staying with a pet. They should offer a place for dog relief. Thsg would be great as there is no place around to do so.

The location is great but the staff are not the most welcoming even more so having them locked in a small box to keep them safe. The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious so good reason to stay. The breakfast is okay, nothing remarkable but again the staff are not particularly friendly. Stay there but don't expect any warm welcome or friendly customer service

Whilst we speak a little Spanish, there was a slight misunderstanding about breakfast and the staff member was not overly helpful. But we all sorted it out.

This hotel has a nice, safe location, You can get to most attractions on foot. Next, the staff is very polite.

Property was ok - clean and staff members VERY polite. The rooms could use: better lighting, small refrigerators, bath mats, bottle water, glasses for mouth rinse. Breakfast menu needs to be changed for something better- the juice, bread, coffee and jam being served- Not good at ALL. Jam tested spoiled (sour) - juice very watery. Other than that good place to stay.

we stayed here twice. The rooms facing the street are quite noisy so try to get a room on the back - there is no real view at either. Close to the Malecon - was really nice to walk along.

The hotel was conveniently located in the downtown area, three short blocks from the Malecon 2000. It was easy to walk to almost all the tourist attractions in Guayaquil. And there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, although none too close to the hotel. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The building had an elevator and the room had an air conditioner, both important considerations for me since I have breathing problems. I didn't care for the included breakfast but there were plenty of cheap breakfast options nearby. All in all, I would consider staying here again.
