The restaurant is about the best aspect of the hotel. The reception is possibly the worst we experienced on our trip. Plenty of people but only one working slowly. A bad first impression that lasted the stay. Had two Panama beers and they ran out.

Always nice staff. The restaurant offers countryside nice and tasty food. Very nice location with all needed comforts. good WiFi, parking, small picturesque pool area. Very near to shops for quick needs, various restaurants close by. The rooms are a little dated and basic but large with comfortable beds.

Cheap and cheerful basic amenities

We came in with reservation from Hotels.com but hotel front desk said they never received the confirmation from hotels.com even though we gave them the printed reservation from hotels.com.... weird, after a long wait, they said they had found a room for us, so we got a room but this is not a good experience

There's nothing fancy or renewed in this hotel. Beds were somehow smelly.

Hotel is nice and friendly, rooms are clean, comfortable and with efficient A/C. The pool is nice, but could be cleaned more often than once a week. Restaurant was good for breakfast (buffet) but we had dinner only once there since it was both overpriced and of mediocre quality (beef was chewy and salmon was overcooked).

Friendly staff… Good breakfast… Nice pool area… Rooms are big enough the bathrooms are clean. I would go back. The newer rooms are back of the pool area.

Hotel is basic and while beds are comfortable & shower very good the provisions in the room are minimal e.g. no glasses (not even plastic ones), no tissues, no hand towels or face cloths. And don't believe it when they offer you a room with a pool view because none of the rooms have that - unless you want to stand outside your room on the walkway or stand on top of the toilet in your bathroom and peek out the small window there! Staff not very friendly. Breakfast included and OK. Good pizza restaurant across the street. Wi-fi good.

The hotel is nice and clean, rooms are spacius and comfortable. It is in the city of Chitré, very near of shoppings and banks.

We spent one night while visiting Pesé for the "Tour Ron Abuelo." The rooms and amenities were fairly basic but comfortable and clean. Wifi access was marginal from our room but worked well in the restaurant. Breakfast was included and consisted of fried bread, coffee, orange juice, bananas, and eggs to order--nothing to brag about but very adequate.

Hotel very pleasant and well located. Installations very confortable. I stay with my kids and housband, my mother and sister both rooms very clean. Breakfast included very complete and with options for choice. I highly recommend Versalles

Prompt check in, clean mid-large room. Small but ok breakfast. Needs basic toileteries like shampoo and rinse. Courteous staff

Stayed for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. The staff are helpful; they heated milk for me each morning to have with my breakfast.
