Terrible check in but room was good. The Hotel main entrance was locked with no signage, but a vendor accross the road told us there is a side door and we should go inside the side door and go up to the 2nd floor for the reception area, which we did. We found the reception area has a key pad for entry which was locked and no one was at the reception desk to let us in. I didn't get any texts or emails from the hotel as of 10am on check in day. I eventually borrowed a phone and had to contact Expedia for help. After 1 hour on the phone with Expedia, I received a keypad code and was able to enter the unstaffed reception desk and found a room key on the counter. The hotel needs to send out check in instructions more than a hour before arrival time. So check in was like an air B and B, but I did not expect that. The room was clean and looked like the pictures on Expedia. The street outside was under construction and several of our tour companies would not come down the street to pick us up so we had to walk to meeting places for a pick up. Breakfast was OK and breakfast staff were good. The location is close to some attractions. All in all, I would not stay here again.

Room was nice and clean, breakfast was nice. They let you choose if you want Albanian or sweet option. Very lovely staff. It's in amazing location although bells from church nearby do get quite loud early in the morning so light sleepers it might bother. Also they're just doing some road works which can start as early as 7:30am. Getting to the hotel after reception closes is very confusing. I wish they gave us little clearer instructions.

It was supposed to have a parking. There was none, we had to take a public parking for 35.00$.

Don’t let the sketchy area fool you. There is construction going on all around. The entrance and elevator make you feel nervous until you open the door to the hotel. Boom you’re in a brand new clean floor with six very nice rooms. The lady who checked me in was funny and friendly. Breakfast was great. No easy parking so it’s better to pay for underground parking a short distance away.

Room was immaculate. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke basic English. Hotel is in an “up and coming” area - the street is very dingy but right next to Tirana’s swanky centre. Arrival was a bit disconcerting - there is nobody at reception except at breakfast time. Arriving at 7pm we had to ask in the shop next door to find the owner. We found Albanians very helpful to tourists. The only thing we didn’t like about the hotel was that you can’t flush toilet paper (bin provided).

My flight to Albania was delayed by 3 hours, and it was impossible to call the property since there was no answer. By the time I arrived, it was raining hard and the door was locked. Taxi driver called numerous times but no response. As a result, I had to stay that night at the Tirana International Hotel. On the plus side, Elior's manager reimbursed me the €88 in cash for that extra expense, so all good in the end.

I am from the U.S. so these desires may differ from locals. After hours check in: Was not instructed to touch the device so numbers appear to access room key. Prefer a lid on the toilet. Was I not supposed to put toilet paper in toilet? Mini fridge was not cold or turned on. Had trouble understanding the air conditioning. In the shower, I would like a place to put shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Would like a wash cloth (smaller than hand towel).

Its nice and sparkly clean place with the great breakfast! The only problem for us was a parking. Its a very busy street parking. Ourcar was completely blocked from all sides in the morning. So we spent some time to. All other drivers to move their cars to let us out.

Very good location behind the square and lots of restaurants including Blokku district within minutes walk. Room comfortable and the highlight is the breakfast byrek. The staff went beyond to help me with anything i needed and couldnt recommend a place for such good value.

The room was in an excellent condition and clean. The bathroom was clean and maintained. The area surrounding the hotel was very crowded and hard to get to with the taxi and is a one way street. The staff tried their best.

A proper gem of a hotel, very modern / newly decorated, in city centre of Tirana. Super clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff is excellent, they reached out to us via WhatsApp to give us directions and arrange out of hours check-in. Just make sure you park in the car park underneath the main plaza (and then from there walk to the hotel 3-5 minutes) as Tirana's road as so narrow and this is no exception. We dropped off the luggage at the hotel and then parked as above and walked back - the easiest way which we recommend. Traditional Albanian breakfast was really nice! A great stay - we would recommend.

Very cute hotel - only 6 rooms on the one floor. Room was really nice. Breakfast downstairs was very delicious, nice to try local food. Great location - very close to everything and easy to walk and explore the city Choose hotel partially because it said it had free parking but it did not. Some construction around hotel blocked the street parking, not that we would have been able to access it as streets around the hotel were not accessible. We ended up parking at main square parking lot across street (was affordable).
