The room was comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast is excellent, and the hotel is nearby to all that Bregenz has to offer The only negative is the lack of parking. Only 4 spots are available for patrons and the option is to park in the street. which costs just under 8 Euros. While it is a simple process with many self-serve pay stations, doing this at midnight is a pain.

Quite a basic and really old fashioned (80s) hotel but our room (top floor) was quite modern and had a lovely balcony with partial view of lake. Friendly service, decent enough continental breakfast and central location. No on site parking available but public parking garage across the road ok.

Great location, close parking, friendly staff, modern updated rooms. Parking across the street and around the corner. 5 minute walk to the piers and great nearby restaurants. Pet friendly!

Very kind and helpful staff. Room size was nice and the location was great. Breakfast was nice. Hotel’s parking space is limited so may need to use the parking building in front of the hotel.

Clean and spacious room. Quiet place. Small but clean bathrooms. Breakfast needs improving but not bad. Good location. Parking can be an issue. I would stay again

Property was ok, not ok was my booking with Travelocity, I was very clear on the booking,, 1 room with 2 extra beds, and for my surprise no extra beds available, I had to book a new room.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was fantastic. The room was spacious with plenty of seating and room for luggage.

Parking was a little inconvenient, but doable (in the off-season). Place is old, but clean, wifi worked, breakfast was fine. Reception was unmanned, but the phone was not set accordingly, ie when I expected a call, the person who called turned out to be in a long phone wait (listening to recording of "busy helping others, will be right with you") which obviously was untrue as reception was unmanned. That was very annoying, as I expected that call and we had to sort out what happened later!!
