This place is not clean at all. Walked into our non smoking room, and all my family could smell was cigarette. The beds and pillows were stained. Also found hairs all over the beds along with bed bugs. Over all a very unpleasant experience. Checked out of that place as soon as possible. I would advise not to stay at this place.

Service used to be really good but this stay was not good at all. Only one girl was nice that worked the front desk, the heater didn’t work and they did not provide any extra blankets, out hotel door was hard to shut and it took several times for us to get it to latch shut and lock, breakfast was very disappointing

Place was quiet n peacegul but froont desk lady took job too personally. Was rude most of the times n never got a housekeeper to offer to clean our room

Looking at the outside of the facility shows age and needs to be updated and modernized

The sheets smelt like other people's sweat. And there was little hairs all over them. I tried wrapping my shirt around the pillow and still the smell of the dirty sheets was so strong. Disgusting. I also woke up with 3 BED BUG bites on my arm. That place needs to be inspected and shut down. I get that it's cheap, but I at least expect clean sheets.

It was alright clean but the bedding dealt like it grains of salt.

I liked the front desk staff from Jamaica he was nice to talk to made us fill welcomed

Had trouble with my confirmation number so it took around 45 minutes to check in. The room had stains on all the furniture it stunk really stuffy, i went to get the breakfast it claims it has available but there was nothing ay all..

The staff was rude while I was not even standing near the door to my room.

This property looks NOTHING like the photos! Had there been other rooms available in any other hotel, we would have never stayed! A/c was leaking all over the carpet which caused the room to smell horrible!

Dirty room. Gross like hair clippings in the sink area and tub. Air conditioner buttons were filthy. Carpet was gross. Kitchen sink dribbled. idnr think to photo it.

This property was in the right location. It was not cared for, peeling paint, poor outdoor lighting, front office was uninviting.

Our television wasn't working, so they agreed to let us move to the room next door. That was the only issue, and they made it right. The outside is nothing fancy, but the inside is clean and has the basics. We had to ask for an iron and hair dryer, and they provided both. Great location and friendly staff!

Roach infested.. roaches on bed in shower, dead roaches on floor... asked them to clean came back and still had dead roaches on floor.. i took the dead roaches in napkin to clerk so he could see and he said the peron before had reported same thing. this place should be reported to health inspection we left and rented somewhere else

Staff was very nice. Property was very run down. Our door would not lock, and tv wouldn't work. Beds were clean, carpet was very dirty.

This place was basically a dump and definitely not worth the price. On top of that, my wife had a ring taken from the bathroom. Thumbs way down.

This property needs major renovations and extermination for roaches.
