Huge bedroom with lake view

Hi just want to recognize the hotel and the staff, this is a great property looking out at the Lake, beautiful and amazing hotel. I just want to recognize especially to Nestor at the front desk, he was outstanding and very friend always willing to help and recommended place to go in the area, also vicente help us with the luggage, ypung guy very helpfull and very nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious and lots of varietis, oveoverther i want recognize Miguel, best serverver and very proffesional and very caring, hard worker and great attitud and great service, well thank you all in general.

If you are looking for stunning views than the Park Lake provides them. Slightly away but close to both Pucon and Villarica, it provides a quiet haven. Rooma are well appointed and of ample size. Breakfast was great.

The hotel was like a slice of heaven with great views of the lake.The food at breakfast and in the evening was good. The next time in Chile I will return here.

Las instalaciones son muy buenas y la vista espectacular. Lo mejor el spa. Estaba en marcha blanca y eso explica algunos detalles como descoordinación y tardanza. Los tacos del pool requieren renovacion

Bonito hotel, buena comida, personal muy atento y agradable. Quizás le falta remodelación a los baños, pero en general está muy bien.

Tolles Zimmer in einer sehr schönen Anlage, top gelegen am See. Tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer. Gutes Essen im Restaurant und sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Habitación impecable , buen tamaño, vista , cama y ropa de cama exquisita, buenas almhoadas y alajamiento muy bueno

Todo exelente excepto la piscina temperada muy fría y le faltaba calidez al lugar y debieran colocar horarios para niños

Boa opção no caminho entre Villarica e Pucón! Quartos amplos e bons , chuveiro e banheira! Café da manhã muito bom! Spa, piscina aberta e coberta ! Fica isolado,longe do centro, precisa estar de carro ! Minha única ressalva é ref ao numero de funcionários, percebi que faltavam funcionários pra atendimento no jantar , fomos jantar fora nos últimos dias .. apesar de poucas opções por perto . Mas no geral foi uma ótima estadia !

O Hotel espetacularem todos os quesitos. Superou muito as nossas expectativas, em especial a disponibilidade e presteza de toda a equipe.

The check in was confusing, and they wanted to make a new reservation when they couldn’t find my email. BUT we insisted that we won’t pay again. A little unhappy about that experience but everything else - the breakfast, the sauna, the room, the view was amazing.
