Phenomenal stay. AC, great accommodation, comfortable bed, walking distance from everything in Cituidella. Perfect.

We spent a total of three nights here. The room was clean but unfortunately the adjacent shower was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with black molt in multiple places. The shower was cleaned the next day but unfortunately a large portion of the black molt remained as it was already deep in and under the silicone. The hotel said that they were planning to remove it as soon as possible but frankly this is not acceptable. I hope they will do so before the next guests will arrive. Besides this the hotel was very nice and very close to the heart of Ciutadella. However, because of the cleanliness it was not worth the money we spent and I think there are plenty other hotels to choose from.

We just loved our stay. The hotel is ideally located and in walking distance to the old town. Our room was lovely furnished and very clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, in particular Leon who provided us with excellent recommendations on restaurants and beaches nearby.

Amazing location, really close to everything you’d want to see in Ciutadella as a visitor, but tucked in a quiet back street. Rooms are modern and comfortable, with nice design features. Service was friendly and hospitable. Would recommend going out for breakfast at one of the nearby cafés.

Hotel super bien ubicado, las 2 recepcionistas muy atentas y nos ayudo mucho con recomendaciones. La habitacion se podria mejorar algunos detalles, la limpieza estuvo ok.

L’hotel e in una buona posizione nella città Ciutadella con una terrazza accessibile a tutti sopra alla struttura dove si può vedere la città dall’alto il mare e il tramonto(con divanetti e tavolini x fare aperitivo) Il personale è molto cordiale,gentile disponibile molto professionale se chiedi delle informazioni sono esaustivi..le camere sono ben curate, eleganti e pulite! Se in un posto ti trovi bene e stai bene puoi solo raccomandarlo alle persone..

Première nuit dans une toute petite chambre au Rez de chaussée mais bien décorée, et deuxième nuit dans un appartement au premier étage avec terrasse très agréable . Il faut se garer un peu plus loin sur des places de parking payantes sauf à partir de 20h . La propreté est irréprochable et la literie trés correcte . C’est notre meilleure étape !

Wunderschöne Zimmer im Gebäude (durfte zufällig in andere auch kurz reinschauen- jedes ist ein Unikat). Supermodern und ansprechend gestaltet und dekoriert. Das Gebäude ist nicht vom Eigentümer bewohnt und die Zimmer vermietet. Somit nicht ständig besetzt/ jemand da - also Ankunft zeitlich vorher ankündigen! Für Tür bekommt man eine PIN , der Zimmerschlüssel ist ausschließlich fürs Zimmer. Zu Fuß ca 5-10 Min von der historischen Stadtmitte weg. Parken ist ein bisschen tricky - im Wohngebiet nebenan war ein Plätzchen zu suchen.

half of Menorca did not have electricity when we arrived and they did not provide candles or anything. the pipes from the bathroom smelled very bad. tiny windows in the delux room :/ great location, very comfy bed and cozy decor, good wifi

Wir hatten zu dritt mit unserem kleinen Sohn ein für uns passendes Zimmer mit 1 Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett und hübschem Balkon. Der Hotelteam war sehr hilfsbereit, stets bemüht und kinderfreundlich. Wir würden wieder dahin kommen und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Piccolo gioiello nel cuore di Ciutadella, arredo ricercato e in sintonia con lo spirito della città. Personale giovane e disponibile. Posizione perfetta per chi desidera cenare o fare una passeggiata in centro senza spostarsi con la macchina. Perfetto per le coppie

beautiful hotel with really nice staff. Would book it anytime again. Location is perfect and the room was such lovely and beautiful furnished. Note the check-in time, but you can write them also for an later check-in.
