Dark room (no windows). Old bathroom in bad shape. Very old noise furniture. The options for breakfast were limited and very costly. Even charged us double on everything for our kids, despite the fact we just order fried eggs for our two kids (ate single eggs but they charged three).

Lovely roadside hotel which doesn't look much from outside but is lovely once inside with a pretty courtyard, historic look, great restaurant and friendly bar. We were again allowed to park our motorcycle securely in the courtyard which is most welcome for travellers. We had a bit of a worry on arrival as there seemed to be no record of our booking which we'd made the night before through the Hotels app but a room was quickly cleaned and prepared for us.

Second time we have stayed here. Good stop off for motorbikes, secure courtyard to park your vehicles. No food available last night toast and coffee this morning good. We had room 13 which has a courtyard off, good for the dogs 👍

Great stop over for anyone travelling south from Madrid. Very friendly staff, we asked for a groung floor room and it was no problem. The Bar and waiter staff we excellent, especially Pascal and the food was great and reasonably priced, we travel this way often and would stay here again.

Sorry but would not stay again. Bed not good, only one long pillow for two guests. Worst of all the shower was not good and quite dangerous very slippy, no mat and although being very careful slipped and fell over edge of bath onto bathroom floor! Luckily no injury sustained.

Great hotel with character. Looks average from the outside but the courtyard and interior rooms are splendid. Very good food on the restaurant.

Good hotel with nice typical Spanish decor. Clean rooms and very courteous staff. Pool a bit small but very well maintained and clean. Dîner a little pricey but food was good. Overall a solid recommandation if you can deal with the fact the hotel is located a little far from civilization.

Staff was friendly, courteous, professional and very very helpful. the lady manager was terrific.

A great place for our night stop with plenty of atmoshere, friendly staff, good food & vast selection of wines to accompany it. Nice outside area with courtyard, swimming pool & tennis court. Very relaxing & just what we needed.

Lovely property. Unfortunately we staid on a Saturday night and our room was next to the stairs above reception.there was a function going on so it was quite noisy. Would stay again but not on a Saturday.

It was my second stay at La Venta. I just adore the place, its beautiful, the food is great and the staff is just the most adorable ever. This is truly a place where you feel you are being looked after, down to the lovely cook who went and caught my cat who had escaped to the roof!.

A grand old Spanish Bodega. We were greeted with a friendly welcome. The bar serves good bar food and the restaurant has a good if fairly expensive menu. A comfortably stay.

Food, location and comfort were all excellent. The bath towel was stained and the shower fitting was broken

This motel was such a welcome sight after several hours on the motorbike battling high winds across unforgiving, desolate La Mancha. Not much to look at from the outside bit as soon as you walk through the doors you feel warm and relaxed. A beautiful, well-maintsinef old building with some lovely features. Good, reasonable good and wine in the restaurant. Lovely big room with vaulted ceiling and a large bath - just what we needed. Excellent value of you need a bed for the night in this area.
