Fabulous location, clean & comfy beds, shower a bit temperamental - I did message a couple of times (before we arrived & whilst we were there) but received no response which is why it is 4 stars rather than 5

Clean ,fresh decoration. Supply of coffee and cakes ! Apt 1 was very pleasant but disturbed by front door noise. Tried unsuccessfully to get a later checkout but the hall lockers worked well and saved the day.

Ckean, spacious and comfortable room. Nice treat to have a coffee machine and snack, coffee and snacks replenished daily with room clean. Quiet as we didn't have a front balcony room, really central. Check in all.done online. I'd messaged to see about early access but didn't get a reply but chanced it and got in the room a bit earlier. There's no luggage storage but they give you 5% off a storage company. We flew in the morning so no problem for us.

Great stay

This is a room in a lovely historic building right in the centre of Alicante. Surrounded by cafe bars and restaurants. Excellent location just a short walk to everything. The check in process is smooth if you follow the instructions sent beforehand. My only concern is that as others have noted there are no staff on sight and when we phoned over a small matter no one answered the phone. The room is well equipped, smart TV, fridge, good Wi Fi, toiletries, small balcony overlooking the street. There is a lift. We would stay again but if you like the personal touch this place isn’t for you.

No check in directions, had to keep buzzing the door to get hold of anyone despite having already checked in o nline, then eventually shown room with a double bed when already requested 2 singles at the time of booking, plus no balcony. Would not stay here again

The communication for check in was very poor We did not receive any instructions for booking in and had to phone Location was excellent We would have preferred a kettle and cups instead of a coffee machine

Staff were very welcoming and the location was excellent for walking around the old town and the waterfront. Sweets and coffee left in the room each day. Excellent stay!

Lovely studio room just off the rambla. Very convenient

There is no lobby or face to face check-in, but check-in went as described and smoothly. Room was large, clean, and very nice. A/C worked and shower was good. Bed mattress was good. I stayed two nights and (automatically?) got full maid service both nights! In room refrigerator worked in the beginning but not as cold as I would have liked. Morning of check-out, it appears it may have died. My room was surprising quiet. I never heard or saw another guest (but the place was sold out) and the outside area was active all night -- the rooms must have really good sound proofing. I would definitely try to stay here again when visiting Alicante.

Superb apartment. The property was immaculate with everything you could need for a short stay. Fantastic central location with lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Amelia was a great host. Highly recommend this property will definitely be booking again.

The room was great nice and clean. The area was fantastic close to the beach. Everything was really good apart from a bit complicated for a check in and no Wi-Fi service I normally don’t use it though but the problem is was not even 4G or 5G in my phone as well as no Internet service and that wasn’t good because as I am travelling around every day in a different city so I need to know what’s going on all the time but hey Ho
