Clean rooms and friendly staff, good if you just want to relax. Not much to do around the hotel and the glass bathroom wasn’t very private with kids.

Good Place to stay in the city center

The room had to beds and a sofa for a third person, and they still charged for sleeping on the sofa. The sofa was not very comfortable

The hotel itself was fairly okay, although, there wasnt anything to do at all around the hotel. For work related events it would be great but to just stay as a couple it was limited. The area the hotel is in is inconvient with little to do in the area. The housekeeping was poor; on some days the room wasnt cleaned. All the staff were nice.

Took hours to check in because their system was down, so we had to wait for 3 hours. We eventually got our room - we got sla twin despite having booked a double and specifically asking for a double room. The room was nice but the bathroom had no door. And no tea or coffee making facilites in the room.

The rooms and hotel were fine. The bar staff was absolutely rude. The breakfast was decent but the egg were way undercooked everyday. We stayed here 6 days and some days our room didn’t get cleaned and we had to keep asking for toilet paper and clean towels. I would not stay here again.

When I made reservations, I was told there was shuttle to airport, and there was no shuttle. When I made reservations, was told breakfast was included, and it was not included. When staff called taxi for me, taxi never showed up.

It is super confusing to have it in the app as sercotel when is not sercotel. It has another name. The bathroom was messy. No access to the rooftops, the AC of the room didnt worked quite well and there was no extra blankets for the cold. We have to ask for it and get it from the reception. The security box did not worked. The guys in reception where super nice thou

Nice hotel but a fair bit out of the way for anything The pool and roof terrace are closed till June Check taxi fares to where you need to go as there is a very limited bus/metro service and the taxis vary massively on time of day

Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an adjoining room, would ensure you specify no adjoining room if travelling as a couple. Person in room very loud, may of well had the door open. Hotel moved us on request to a quieter room as noise was persistent. Overall a comfortable stay, ideal if wanting to be out of the City. Great location for stadium which was the main reason for travel.

Rude, disrespectful, ignorant staff. We were given a room with a shower that was fixed too low, the water was flooding the bathroom and the corridor. We were promised a fix but eventually no care was given and nobody came to see it. Definitelly, not a **** hotel. The decor was quite poor, facilities too; the kettle provided but no tea or coffee, very poor choice of toiletries, only one set given for 2 people. It felt as if the room was not ready for us or under some kind of reconstruction. Not clean to scratch, very basic. The front of the hotel quite industrial but there are nice places at the back in the residential area. Mainly operated via Uber, close to Alcobendas and shoppng centre. Defo not worth the money, won't be going back. Felt ignored and unwelcomed. Avoid if you can.

Habitación muy pequeña, las camas muy incómodas y pequeñas,toda la noche recolocándola para no caer en el hueco, hay que dormir con poco movimiento. Camas no apta para una persona con 1,70cm mínimo de alto.

Room was okay, but there was a huge rain leakage in the lobey. Friendly staff.

Can’t fault the staff as very helpful with ideas of where to go and see plus the metro stations to take and location was great for getting to the livelier parts BUT the beds were hard, pillows incredibly thin, rooms in no way sound proof as stated which was the worse part. Service - can’t fault Hotel- needs some love and also the website info updated.

The staff was friendly and helpful I made a mistake with my booking and they assisted adding another night without issues. The room was comfortable, however the batheoom was leaking water and we were unable to take a shawer or bath as the water was super hot we couldnt find the cold water, the room was cleaned the first night and they took the used towels without replacing them, there is a big convenience store and a supermarket like two minutes walk away, the parking is comfortable and easy to access.

I chose this property for its proximity to the airport, as well as for the cover-image on Expedia's site: a rooftop bar with a beautiful view of Madrid. However, the Rooftop bar appears to be defunct (a couple broken tables and chairs remained). While you can find places to eat and drink around the hotel, it's a bit hard to find from the area where the hotel is (a busy road). And, while the hotel comes up in searches for proximity to the airport, my cab ride on a low-traffic Sunday morning was 10 Euro more than a cab from the airport to Central Madrid. If anything, Expedia should remove the cover image for the hotel (the rooftop bar).
