Great hotel. Intended on staying for one night and it was so great we stayed for 3 and loved the place. Staff are amazing and so helpful and friendly.

Beautiful place, walkable to city centre.

This hotel doesn’t provide food but there is a mini fridge in the room and the drinks are free of charge and replenished daily. The beds are super comfy. Nice little balcony. Lovely bathroom and toiletries. Very quiet hotel. Nice area, again quiet, but only 15 minutes slow walk to old town through other nice areas. Lovely staff.

Property was great and conveniently located. Beds are a little small for 2 people but otherwise a great place to stay in San Sebastian.

Hotel Trueba was a great hotel to stay in. It is 5 minutes to the beaches and to the Old City. It is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of stores around. The hotel was great...very clean, new amenities, great room service, pretty large size rooms. We really enjoyed staying there and would stay there again.

We arrived late one evening, reception was closed, however they’d called & messaged instructions in advance. Our room was ready, keys collected, and parking sorted. Outstanding service! Great recommendations for local places, comfortable & modern room w style. Friendly staff. Oh, and they took great care to accommodate our dog!

Great location, excellent staff who had great recommendations About San Sebastián- bed was a little hard and you get some street noise. Location and staff make up for other deficiencies-

This is more of a boutique hotel with a touch of a bed and breakfast feel. Just one floor of rooms, with the feeling of it being privately operated. The AC was broken the duration of our stay and we weren't informed of this until we asked. The staff were extremely pleasant, kind and helpful, though. Free bottled water and Nespresso coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Overall it was a decent stay with a few hiccups, but I must admit I was surprised the hotel wasn't what the images lead me to believe it would be.

The whole hotel was very clean. Our room was modern and well cared for. Breakfast was great. It was more than a basic continental breakfast with bread, cereal, and fruit. There were meats, cheeses, tomato for “pan tumaca.” Check in was easy. The staff was really friendly. We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff treated us to a glass of wine. It was hot out and I don’t sleep well in the heat so I was grateful that the air conditioning in the room was top notch. The location was perfect - lots of great bars and restaurants just a block or two away. The beach is also really close. We will stay here again when we return!
