No it was not pet friendly, roaches were terrible

Clean room, friendly and polite staff

There was drool on both sides of one pillow. The bottom towel in the stack was the whitest and cleanest towel. The others were light grey. Bathroom tub had reddish mildew between the floor and tub in the caulk area. The shower curtain had reddish mildew on it.

Floors were so dirty had to wear shoes. Bathroom was dirty. Shower curtain looked like it had never been changed. Towels were old dingy and stained.

I would rather sleep inside a dumpster than ever come here again. Absolutely the worst rooms ever. No towels. No soap. Dirty beds amd floors. Slept in our clothes because we weren't sure what bugs would come out at night. Filthy conditions. Smelled like body odor and smoke (and weed). No other hotels had anything available so we had to make due. Should have slept in my car.

Why can't hotels just be up front and tell you if there's a deposit for the room. Why is it always kept secret from the online booking process? Anyhow the room is nice The fridge is large The microwave is clean there's an actual cable box going to the TV. I like it. There was no wash clothes or bath mat furnished unfortunately. Only two bath towels for a double bed room is a little stingy.

I picked this place because it was the cheapest in town. So I can't be too upset. Over all it was fine. The main complaint was that there was one ragged towel in the bathroom and no blankets on the bed (even though there was frost the night I stayed). A secondary complaint is that the room was very dark because the lighting was sparse and bad.

Was honestly alot better than what i had seen rating wise prior ( 2.7 star) staff was super friendly and the room was well kept and clean. Only thing missing was the shampoo yet all I had to do was call up front.

Property was not clean upon arrival, and the amenities did not justify the price for the stay

Terrible property. The front desk and the owner encourages loud music at 11:30pm in the parking lot. It seemed like the people playing the music in the lot were related in some way to the owners and the front desk because they were all participating in it. When I reported the incident, I was told that local ordinances allow music to be played until 11:30pm. The room was extremely dirty, no towels, and the bathroom had hair all over and was extremely dirty. Never stay at this property. I had safety concerns staying with my family and after the first night, I checked out and went to another hotel.

Had to go get towels and the smoke detector was going off, for it needed a battery in it. Otherwise it was ok, just a place to stop and sleep for the night.

Safe and clean room

I booked another week, they took the money and then refused to allow us to stay because of our cats.. they never refunded the money and Expedia advised that they would need to do so.. Staff was very rude
