Good stay overall. We stayed for a couple of nights in the family room #10. Room was clean, comfy and spacious. The bedroom is made of 2 rooms. The main one includes the double bed and the bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The second room has 2 single beds and a separate toilet. Both rooms have a balcony, TV’s and wardrobes. Staff was friendly, especially the two ladies from the breakfast. Buffet breakfast was good, with a good selection of bread, pastries, cereals, juices, etc. Private and secured free parking at the back of the hotel.

I would stay again no problem 😉

The hotel location is excellent for the town a only a 5 minute walk to the lake. The hotel is a bit dated but in a quirky way. Our room was compact but had everything we needed shower, wc, tv, & balcony. Parking is free & secure, there is plenty of on street parking close by. Continental breakfast is served in a nice room and plenty of choice. After 21:00 the reception and front door is locked, with access gained by a coded gate & door. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, comfortable, nicely refurbished rooms, good wifi, good breakfasts, excellent service. Happy to recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

The hotel is very good, comfortable and good for a ski weekend. Call before heading to the hotel cause the check in closed very early

While the outside isn't really much to look at (when we pulled-up, I was thinking 'no wonder we got such a great rate'), I would definitely stay at the Hotel des Bains next time I go to Gerardmer. It's a straightforward, old-style hotel. However, our room was nicely decorated and thoroughly cleaned each day; there's a great combo-bar/lounge/café off the lobby with a free Internet connected-computer and widescreen TV (mainly used by kids); and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend it for families, friends and couples alike. It was fairly noisy during the morning and late-afternoon 'commutes' to/back from the slopes, but no more than for an hour or so at a time (and didn't really disturb my night's sleep).

L hôtel est correct , la propreté également le seul bémol je trouve que 12 euros le petit par personne est cher et peu de choix tout le temps la même chose. Également le parking à l arrière de l hôtel n'est pas très pratique très serré.

Séjour parfait dans cet hôtel de charme. Nous avions réservé la chambre sauna et ce fut une très bonne idée! La chambre était propre et le petit déjeuner était délicieux et copieux. Très bonne literie et chambre très bien insonorisée. L’hôtel dispose d’un parking fermé mais également de nombreux stationnement gratuits dans la rue. Le centre ville est à deux minutes, le lac à cinq! Bref idéalement placé. Nous étions avec notre petite chienne car les animaux sont admis.
