Nice location in the town center. The hotel is clean but the rooms are outdated. We couldn’t clean the bathroom door and had to improvise. Also beware of mosquitoes if you open the window.

I’m an average 5’11 male around 200 pounds with wide shoulders and I can tell you that the shower in room 429 was not wide enough for me not to touch both walls. The same goes for the toilet . the room had very few outlets, I had to move the bed to reach one. I did mention this to the lively receptionist upon checkout and he did seem to show the right Karen concern, and mentioned they were about to go through a renovation., but he was also fresh with innocent humor to my 75-year-old mother, which we took pleasantly, but was not expected nor to be repeated as we are hoteliers by trade

Very helpful and welcoming friendly staff. We had a little door issue which was fixed within seconds, with a smile and a nice chat with the owner. The hotel is in a good condition and always improving as this was our third stay. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a clean, simple and nice place in Evian!

Poorly located hotel. Terrible staff at the reception

It was a great experience staying at this property. I don't write hotel reviews but the hotel staff and manager treat us so nicely that I have to commend the services they offer. The breakfast was the best and this property is located in a prime place. Very comfortable rooms and a few minutes away from the lack. Five stars from my side.

Cet.hotel est tres bien situé mais cote service bof pas de place de parking et menage fait tres tardivement. Mais cet hotel reste propre deco particuliere vieillot.

Cet hébergement a besoin d'un coup de rafraîchissement et de modernité. Et une remise en norme au niveau de l'électricité et une remise à neuf sur la douche qui était cassé.

Hotel simplement correct : pas de place parking à l'arrivée, pas de mitigeur dans la douche, faire la demande pour le ménage de la chambre, rue bruyante, pas un clim.

Mon séjour s'est bien déroulé à l'hôtel du Palais, l'accueil était irréprochable!

Abbiamo prenotato la struttura tramite Expedia e al nostro arrivo il gestore ci ha detto che non c’erano più camere.

Juste pour dormir ! Literie impeccable très bien dormi ! Juste connections tv à revoir et le wifi !

Zeer verouderd Hotel met meubels van de rommelmarkt. Zeer triestige badkamer. Een parket die enorm kraakt. Tapijt in de gangen VUIL. Extra betalen voor plaatsen auto,als er plaats is (11€ per nacht) Het ontbijt 11€ p.p maar niets van Charcuterie. AANRADER: voor je betaald ga eerst een kamer bekijken zo ben je niet bedrogen.Dit hotel is GEEN 2 STERREN WAARD.
