Staff very helpful, good option for an end of day meal, good breakfast, great nights sleep

Stop for a night on a road trip, Real nice hotel, secure parking, easy check in-out. Nice room garden view, quiet, nice bathroom with shower, all very new and very clean. Great breakfast available. Overall very happy with our stay.

The room smelt of cigarette smoke and it was obviously a know issues as the window had been open as the room temperature was the same as out side. Other than that the staff were amazing and made my visit a pleasure. Warm smiles and welcoming whenever I passed, Even before I informed them of my problem. The manager should congratulate the staff on their customer service.

A good stay at this hotel. The lady on reception, Miriam, was very helpful, spoke perfect English and nothing was too much trouble. A very good nights’ sleep. A lot of people at breakfast but plenty to go round, and again, a very efficient service. Well done. Merci beaucoup.

easy acces and quiet nights!

We have been looking for a hotel midway between our home in Northumberland UK and our second home near Valencia Spain for our regular trips. This hotel is perfect for us. Secure car parking and we can arrive late with a pre arranged entry code. The hotel is very well presented, nice gardens to the rear of the property, rooms are super clean, comfortable bed, big TV, hot shower and toiletries, coffee and tea facilities. We didn’t try breakfast but will next time.

We had a great overnight stay, staff very friendly, good breakfast, parking secure and outside our room. There is a restaurant right next door which was very reasonable and excellent food.

Despite late arrival, great service and readiness. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet.

We stayed here for one night on our way from UK to the Dordogne. It’s very easy to find, just next to the N10. Very welcoming reception staff, easy checkin. The hotel is very clean & tidy. Room was on the smallish side but perfectly adequate for one night. Good bathroom where everything worked ok. No restaurant for evening meal but the P’tit Gourmand is just next door. The meal there was good value, though choice a little limited. Again, pleasant staff. One tip - if you turn left out of the hotel door there is a pedestrian gate leading to the restaurant. This gate stays open all night. Hotel reception closed at 8pm so we were given a code to get in through a side door. You don’t actually need the code, you can just swipe your door key card. Much easier!

REALLY GOOD VALUE! Our room was very small. Breakfast okay. They did not follow our request to not provide service in the room.

Super staff, stayed for a month again, convenient and quiet

We booked a room with lounge to accommodate our two dogs. When we arrived we were told dogs were only allowed on ground floor and we were moved to a room which was much too small. Expedia knew about the dogs and had checked they would be allowed but obviously didn't know about the restrictions. In all other respects this is a lovely little hotel. It doesn't have a restaurant but there is a really good, reasonably priced one right next door, and breakfast was beautifully presented in the conservatory.

Lovely Motel and good position. Major problem was we arrived at 1700hrs but the gates to car park and reception were not operating until 1800hrs. Felt this was a bit late especially as we had pre booked and had been driving from 9am. and were not aware of restricted opening hours. Most of the motels we have visited have had reception available from 1600hrs. Everything else was fine but for the price charged we would have appreciated earlier entry so as to rest before going out to find a suitable restaurant as there was none on sight.
