Nice hotel in a good location. However the cost of a tiny dog was ridiculous and also had to pay for parking (we have a car highly desirable to thieves) which was also pretty pricy considering it was outside the hotel but on the road with no barrier or security. Yes the hotel was really competitive as it was super off season but seriously if you were going for a week the dog, parking and surcharges would be €235. Took the shine off the deal to be honest. But lovely view of the lake - if you don’t have a car or a dog go for it!

L’équipe était très sympa, ils nous ont aidé avec nos valises etc. L’hôtel n’est pas en bon état, très vieillissant, par contre, la vue est incroyable,le lit était confortable et l’hôtel est plutôt calme.

Nice, clean property with air conditioned rooms. Very comfortable and a nice view of the lake. My only comment is that is it not close to many restaurants, but this is no issue if you have your own car.

Location and staff were fantastic. The lady at check in was very helpful and the location is beautiful.

Thé hotel was being renovated and the workmen were laying floos and decorating. This made it noisy and smelly. The hotel was overpriced but the room was directly on the lake

A decent place to stay. The room was modern and clean. On the site for booking it said double or twin room but didn't seem to have an option to choose. When we got there we asked for a twin room, was told it was a double on the booking but they found us a nice twin instead. Friendly at reception.

Room mix up, ended up with a double rather than a twin. This is the booking website (Expedia) rather than the hotel I believe. Just a modest so so hotel. E75 for twin room which I guess is OK.

Brilliant position on the lake side. Room was good and bathroom but unfortunately the bed was probably about the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Shame really because everything else was good.

Had a fabulous welcome by the multi-lingual staff with lots of smiles :-) My room was facing the road but was really pretty and spacious. The hotel is not super modern, but is full of charm and character which I like. I slept really well and wish I could've stayed longer. Also great location right by the lake and just a short stroll to town.

Lovely location, but hotel a bit tired. There was insufficient parking, especially as we needed accessibilty due to mobility issues. Bathroom was not great - the door wouldn't close and there were dirty finger marks where others had obviously tried to push it shut. Basin plug was non-functional. We didn't have breakfast as it was expensive. Standard rooms face a very noisy and busy road.

Etablissement idéalement situé, avec une chambre qui donnait sur le lac. Très calme, chambre spacieuse, confortable. Petit déjeuner complet et très bon. Le personnel est disponible et très accueillant. Très bon séjour, je recommande fortement

Belle vue. Couloirs à rénover. La chambre est grande et rénovée mais pas complètement. Des améliorations sont nécessaires. Le canapé lit n’est pas confortable pour 2 adultes.

Séjour programmé à la dernière minute . Endroit idéalement situé vue magnifique sur le lac marin. Hôtel agréable et personnel très agréable et présent.

C’est scandaleux. J’avais déjà eu une mauvaise expérience dans cet établissement il y a quelques années, mais j’ai voulu tenter à nouveau. Très mauvaise idée. Nous étions quatre collègues de travail, et j’avais effectué deux réservations séparées. À notre arrivée, la personne à l’accueil m’a dit ne pas trouver ma réservation, alors même que je lui ai montré la confirmation sur Hotels.com. La réservation était bien validée. Il n’a rien voulu entendre, affirmant ne pas être référencé sur Hotels.com et me lançant, je cite : « Vous regardez votre réservation sur votre téléphone, moi je m’en fiche, je ne l’ai pas. » La situation a rapidement dégénéré : cette personne est devenue agressive, s’est levée d’un air menaçant et nous a parlé de manière extrêmement irrespectueuse, sans chercher la moindre solution. J’ai alors contacté l’assistance de Hotels.com (1h30 d’échanges) qui a bien confirmé ma réservation et tenté de joindre l’établissement. Mais l’homme à l’accueil a refusé toute discussion. En résumé, se retrouver face à quelqu’un d’aussi agressif, qui insulte les clients et ne propose aucune solution, est tout simplement inacceptable. Ni moi, ni mes collègues n’avions jamais vécu une telle situation.

Coté propreté ça va . Juste la salle de bain qui est vraiment trop petite surtout la douche

Assez déçu... petite salle de bain, pas de porte serviettes, il a fallu reclamer le shampoing et le savon le 2 eme jour. Lit confortable pas contre mais pas assez grand. L ensemble de l hotel est viellot meme si rénové par endroit

Très joli hôtel, belles prestations et très bel accueil. Dommage qu’on entende tout entre les chambres…
