Room was clean and well laid out for a family with an upper mezzanine. We stayed in room 100 and was ideal for a family.

I enjoyed my stay here in the clean and modern room. The staff was helpful and the location was great. I would recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The room was spotless — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. And the bathroom? Absolutely huge! Much bigger than I expected, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean and welcoming place to stay!

The picture of the room that I saw on the Internet was not the room that I got. I paid for a king size bed and only got a queen size bed. The only reason I picked this particular location is because it had a king size bed and then in the end I didn’t get it. Overall, the rooms are very small and the service was not great and I was misinformed about what I was gonna get. Would not stay there again.

The hotel was really really uncomfortable.. the elevator is terrible you cannot fit more than a small bag in there. I travelled with my baby and I was blaming the moment I book this hotel. I could not fit the buggy The corridors to get to the room were so narrow that you couldn't even walk. I booked for 3 nights and we only stayed 1. Def not for family. But staff was really nice and friendly

The room was very nice. Very modern bathroom and confortable bed. Bathtub was amazing. The only issue was that one pillowcase was dirty. The breakfast was lovely and front desk was very accommodating.

Okay hotel. No sheets or duvet cover provided for the pull out bed. Quite the maze to get to the fourth floor

This is a nice hotel. Our room was very clean but very tiny. The bathroom was tiny. The toilet was up against a wall so you had to sit sideways on it. We had a nice balcony above two sidewalk cafes. It was a bit loud with people laughing, but we didn’t mind.

I think this a great hotel for the younger generations. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The noise level wasn’t bad. If I were much younger and on a tighter budget I would definitely recommend this hotel. There is a shopping mall across the street. It’s very walkable. I found a park close by that was beautiful with trails into more wooded areas. It was great for my dogs. For me, as an older adult, I would stay somewhere else. That opinion is mine.

Location of property was fantastic for discovering Lille. However, our room has an unpleasant smell and the little flies in the breakfast room were off putting. Staff very friendly and rooms large provided more than enough space for family of 4. Parking wasn't the easiest to find but nice and secure.

The hotel is in a prime position in the centre of Lille. Walking distance to all the attractions etc. Hotel is quite small but clean and refurbished to a very high modern standard. Our family room was excellent, very clean with all the facilities you need. All staff were friendly and helpful and the price was good for the standard.

It's close to the station and a big mall, so it's very convenient

AC was welcomed on one of the hottest days of the Olympics. Hotel was clean and the room decor was on brand.

The location of this hotel is very good being right across the street from the train station in Lille. The main reason we booked this hotel versus others is it has air conditioning, which worked to keep our room quite comfortable. The staff was helpful (and they spoke English, which we appreciated). The room (a deluxe room) was rather small, but if worked ok for our 2 night stay. The bathroom has the shower in the same space as the sink, but it didn't get the sink area wet, so in the end, it worked. The bed was reasonably comfortable, but having 2 twin beds pushed together left a gap in the middle that was annoying.
