Low-keyed value in a most convenient location, including proximity to very special fragrance-focused botanical garden, a sweet old town, the fragrance factories and restaurants. Terrific terrace with hot (though not very) tub and pretty view. Stumbled onto a lovely, lovely walk in an elegant residential area along a canal (well worth trying to get guidance to it).

Lovely hotel for a short stay, clean and comfortable, helpful staff. As for the area, there are very few places to go to eat or drink in the evening, it may well be different in the summer.

Lovely place , surround it by cafés and restaurants, a convenient grocery store next to it, clean a confortable bed, the only thing I wish they had was a coffeemaker in the room, but they help me bringing one to my room after I request it, 18 to 20 minutes from Cannes, and yes again I will recommend it.

We loved staying at this charming hotel in the heart of Mouans-Sartoux. 100% recommend. The only thing to be aware of is that the on-site parking has a limited number of first-come-first-served spaces. We checked in in the early evening when the lot was practically empty. Then we took the car to go out for the evening and when we got back the lot was completely full. I was able to find a free space on the street for over night and moved the car into the lot in the morning.

Good stay. Small quaint central hotel close to all the places I needed to be - Cannes, Mougins etc. Loved the daily markets across the hotel and there were some really good restaurants and shops for basic things next to this hotel. I wish I explored the area locally.

We booked this hotel last minute and it was the best decision we made! Lucy made sure all the information and keys were left at the reception as we arrived after it shut. The room was absolutely beautiful, pristine, clean and comfortable, and the location and rooftop terrace was a bonus. Will definitely stay again!

Hotel Cassa Bella was more than we expected. The rooms were extremely clean, roomy, spacious & plenty of light. Everyone was friendly & extremely helpful in giving us information re the area and other locations. We based ourselves here & drove to Nice, Cannes & Monaco which are within 23 - 25 kms. Opposite a number of restaurants & most importantly a patisserie. Breakfast was what you would expect for a European breakfast & it was delicious. Highly recommended and would certainly stay again.

The owner was very friendly and helpful . She gave us excellent recommendations for a short trip to Cannes. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. In slightly warmer weather, breakfast on the upper terrasse will be an extra treat.

A very clean small quiet hotel, limited parking with very tight access, there is a large free car car less than a minutes walk away. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but will be provided if requested. The hotel is very central to the village, with many restaurants and shops very close by.

We stayed for few nights at this hotel, nearby Cannes and in the city where our friends live. The hotel was great, providing nice, welcoming environment. Besides, the place is 10 minutes away from Cannes promenade so very easily accessible by car.
