The hotel was very nicely appointed. The room was terrifically tiny, however (our bad for not fully clocking how small it would be). Desk space non-existent. Front desk staff was helpful + very nice. However, on the last night, a terrible smell began emanating from the toilet and shower drain - the sink backed up a bit - this type of thing is common in older buldings, but just was cherry on top of booking a room too small for two people who also needed to be able to work while traveling. Good location close to restaurants, Notre Dame, the Sorbonne, etc.

The room was immaculately clean, and the staff were super helpful and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay, with a great location and excellent hotel facilities.

great quiet location and great service

The property is very nice, including rooms, lobby, location, etc. We loved the pool and spa and it was so relaxing but also friendly for our 8 year old child to swim for fun. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the service was fast, friendly, and professional. We also had airport drama with lost bags and the hotel staff worked hard to try to help us resolve the problem. This will be our Paris hotel for all future visits. Many thanks to this wonderful staff.

We had adjoining rooms which were more than enough space for our family of four (kids aged 12 and 15). The hotel was stylish, modern, quiet and fairly well located with plenty of dining options not too far away. The rooms have seen a bit of wear and tear but are still in relatively good condition. One slightly odd point (for us anyway) was that the rooms did not have a fridge - so nowhere to cool a bottle of wine or to keep milk for a morning coffee.

Very much enjoyed the Pilgrim. It was clean and modern and the room size was good in comparison to similar priced hotels in Paris. I would stay there again.

High praise for this small hotel in the Latin quarter of Paris. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast area and adjoining outdoor courtyard were delightful as was the breakfast menu. The staff made us feel welcomed and gave us some excellent tips of which restaurants to visit in the area.

Close to all the restaurants and action on Saint Germain Blvd. Walking distance to Notre Dame and Saint Chappelle. Clean hotel, good breakfast but rooms a bit small, as is usual for hotels in Paris.

The staff were all very helpful, the room albeit small was very clean and fine for what we needed. The spa was a welcome bonus for us after long days of walking around Paris. The rooftop bar was also a bonus to have a drink before we went out in the evenings. Would definitely recommend this hotel

The staff is one of the best that we experienced on our trip around Europe. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy that you are there. Would always return to this hotel. Great views from the rooftop.

The hotel was in a very nice location. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Places to visit and sightsee were in abundance and restaurants many good restaurants within walking distance. The room was small, but clean. Bed was very comfortable.

The rooms are significantly smaller than in the pictures. Ours was uncomfortably small. I suggest you publish the size of the rooms on the website and show realistic looking pictures, so travellers can make an informed decision as to whether the room will meet their needs. Apart from this the hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly.

Great property in the Latin district. Well appointed rooms with great amenities. Pool, spa, and steam room were absolutely wonderful and welcomed after a long day of walking.

Just a 6 minute walk to NotreDame this is a very quiet residential neighborhood. It is authentically old Paris with beautiful medieval college des Bernadines across the street.

Stylish, quiet, rooftop bar with a view of the Eiffel Tower (just about!). Reasonably well connected.

We really enjoyed our one night stay at Hotel Pilgram. The staff were really friendly. The location was brilliant. We just wished we were able to stay longer.
