Hi everything was fine with property staff very friendly be nice if there was more of a selection for breakfast part from that perfect but that by my personal choice bhare in mind.really nice jester with tea and cake in the afternoon.could do with upgrade in tv.

Our room was on ground floor with a hot tub. Facilities were good and the bed was very comfortable. Some elements were a little tired. Staff were outstanding and responsive to all requests and questions. Nice dining area and presentation. Great central location to Grasmere village. Our only issue is that parking can be a lottery - but staff were happy to help.

The staff here are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgable about the area. Check in was smooth, lovely big room with hot tub, gorgeous breakfast, comfy bed to name but a few positives. The only slight negative and I emphasis slight - room 2 ground floor can get quite noisy outside due to customers coming and going for breakfast. However this would not put me off and would definitely return. Parking limited.

We had an amazing 2 nights great room great host food was delicious I would absolutely recommend Moss Grove Organic to anyone beautiful locations too ❤️

Lovely place, lovely staff, there were a few condition issues, which we discussed with the staff and we were assured these would be addressed. We had a lovely stay.

An overnight stay at Moss Grove. Had the ‘Superior’ room. An epic bed! Very comfortable. Lovely organic breakfast. Will certainly return.

Stayed in the room with a hot tub and it was brilliant. Given the weather I am so glad we booked here as we had plenty of space and a hot tub on the day it was stormy.

Booked last minute for work and from the get go was amazed at the level of customer service. Kylie and her team are fantastic. The room was immaculate and had everything you would want from a stay. The organic breakfast was outstanding with such a vast range of produce available. Will definitely be returning hopefully for leasure not work. Once again thank you Kylie..5 stars

Positives are the location, free parking and size of the rooms. However, bed was ridiculously high - I am 6’ 2’’ and struggled to get on & off. Room clean but needs a kick of paint here and there. Breakfast had a good choice but scrambled eggs were made in a microwave and many items needed to be replenished and took a while to do so. Finally, I booked for the organic credentials but apart from a few items at breakfast not really an eco theme throughout the hotel - for example, febreeze in communal toilet rather than an eco cleaner and loo rolls not from recycled paper. Overall average and a bit overpriced at £198 per room per night.

Another great stay at Moss Grove. Wonderful Breakfasts, very homely.

We absolutely loved our overnight stay here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was absolutely beautiful! A really good night's sleep on a comfortable bed!

Nice B&B not 5 star . enjoyed our stay it just didn't feel as luxurious as we'd hoped and had to ask for minor items for the room etc on a number of occasions

Nice hotel located in the middle of Grassmere. The room was clean, spacious with a great soaking tub and nice window views. There's a nice seating area downstairs that converts to a breakfast room in the morning. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff were all friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions and things to do in the area.

Beautiful boutique B&B perfect for exploring the surrounding Lakes and a good base for lots of walks
