The description of the property was accurate and was clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, our sleep was disturbed evening (11.30 pm) and morning (6.00 am) by the noise of water in the sinks and showers from adjoining rooms, and on the first morning by housekeeping coming into the room whilst still in bed. (8.00 am)

Very slow on checking in but just one of those things - I didn't get the impression that was always the case. Comfortable clean but small room. Excellent breakfast.The parking here is limited and tight. Easy walk into Sidmouth.

Very well presented, clean and comfortable hotel, lovely comfortable bed and great food. Located close to the sea front and town centre. Would have loved to have stayed for longer and hope to be back sometime!

Short stay - pleasant environment and staff very friendly

Hotel clean and tidy. Nice modern bathroom , just a lack of storage. Service only average. Think hotel is missing a massive trick. NO bar staff ( honesty bar whats all that about ) Lovely conservatory and garden which nobody used while we were there. I know the economy is struggling but at the prices charged per night more staff required

Lovely hotel and staff. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Lovely garden wih chickens running around-so funny.

The property was clean and the staff friendly. The hotel was a short walk from Sidmouth town center and has an excellent bus service to Exeter. Excellent value for money.
