From arriving to departure the owner and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We went B&B, plus evening meal, which was well worth it. Big mention to three of the staff Will, Osian “Fish” and Willow who really went out of their way to make sure our 3 night stay was very memorable. Will definitely be trying the sister hotel in Dolgellau in the near future.

The location and venue were excellent. The staff and food were brilliant... BUT, the wifi and TV in our room didn't work and the staff seemed to be unable to help based on technical reasons. Otherwise a great stay!!!

Really liked it here beautiful views of the valley. Friendly staff and locals. enjoyed the food in the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner was great only grip was the coffee wasn't very good.

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Devil's Bridge and the surrounding area. We visited the Elan Valley dams and reservoirs, the Silver Mountain and Aberystwyth. The Hotel looks stunning from the outside and inside. A lot of care has gone into every detail of the hotel. Our room was on the top floor. It was very cool and quirky, just a little bit musty smelling. (We couldn't open the windows without a load of bugs flying in so had to keep them closed unfortunately.) The bathroom looked cool but there was nowhere to put anything! Our arrival wasn't the best. We had travelled a fair distance and arrived at 7, when staff were busy with dinner. We rang the bell a few times, we were ignored by staff rushing around with dinner and drinks orders. I asked someone at the bar for help, who said they would ask someone to come and see to us. We kept waiting and eventually I managed to stop someone who just gave us the key card and told us our room was on the top floor. But then, the complete opposite service occurred on our second and third nights when one particular member of staff was really kind, friendly and helpful when we were looking to get a table for dinner. I forgot to get her name but she was amazing and really made our stay.

Stylish clean room with beautiful views over the valley. Nice modern bathroom which was very tastefully fitted out. Stayed for a lovely dinner and drinks in the bar area.

Had a wonderful stay! Room Was clean the bar/restaurant was really good dinner was tasty staff were very attentive only slight thing is that breakfast wasn’t great mine and my partners eggs benedict were both cold and staff seemed a bit rushed in the morning so didn’t want to ask for fresh ones so we just left it. Other than that everything was prefect and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

The whole place was spotless and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a wide choice of food and drinks on offer for dinner and the food was fantastic, as was the breakfast, which was freshly cooked.

I would like to extend a great thanks to the Hafod hotel. Close proximity to attractions, bedroom was lovely, cosy and warm, staff were absolutely impeccable I could not remember names but you all were very hospitable and love your job dearly and did a great service for any request we needed… I even left my bag and they kept it safe. Would come again.

Parking exactly outside the Hotel wasnt easy but there was a nearby overflow Car Park. Room was really nice, staff were exceptionally helpful and yhe food really nice. Bed was so comfortable and really enjoyed our stay here!

Staff very helpful, we were able to park nearby as the car park was a short walk away. Service excellent, food very good, great atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.
