Its a lovely hotel well located with good staff, but we paid 420 for a night and the room was unbearably hot with no fan or air-conditioning, great mini fridge with just a bottle of water in it, a few changes would make a big difference.

Good central hotel. Restaurant meal was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Room looked out at cathedral, which was a bonus. Beds very comfortable. Fridge in room very useful.

Excellent hotel at the top of Steep Hill. Lovely room. Enjoyed a cocktail in the bar and also an evening meal in the restaurant.

Absolutely brilliant enjoyed every second of our stay,staff were brilliant and very helpful and polite met all our requirements and needs,car park a additional bonus and lovely breakfast, amazing place to stay perfect location as we were at the castle for a concert.one word to sum this hotel up AMAZING

Lovely old hotel with character. Within metres of the castle, cathedral, pubs, etc...Drinks in the bar were a little high.

Hotel was clean, lovely environment, staff friendly helpful. Only issue we had was signs to reception from rooms . It’s lots of small corridors which can be confusing . Otherwise amazing place , well situated for exploring Lincoln .

Everything excellent, rooms were hot and no air con, but not many hotels in England have air con and it was the hottest weekend of the year, everything else great

Me and my wife booked the cosy double room with was lovely clean and great view of cathedral all the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food at Antlers restaurant was amazing from the breakfast afternoon tea and evening meal overall a lovely weekend away in a lovely hotel will definitely visit again

This is a beautiful old hotel with much history. Our well appointed room was large with a very comfortable bed and great bathroom. The nearby parking was a bonus too. It was surprisingly quiet at night considering it's excellent, central location. Highly recommend staying here to see beautiful Lincoln.

The rooms ( 3rd floor) dont have air conditioned, 35 deg heat was unbearable. The hotel eventually provided a weak desk fan. The windows at that level dont open fully so no draught either.. The room was clean, however the rainfall shower was not cleaned on the top, very dusty, ironically it should have been easy to get to as it was way way to low down and impossible to use. Elimis products very nice.
