This is a basic hotel made more for the commercial traveller. It's clean, has parking and good access to local transport links. However the room was very small and definitely not 'deluxe'. There are few 'in room facilities', no kettle, only space for one bedside table, an open wardrobe, sink was in bedroom, not in the tiniest shower room/loo. Pillows were virtually flat, and the bed was very hard. It's fine if you're just looking to arrive, sleep, and leave early. And the 24 hour reception is a definite bonus if you are coming in late!

VERY FIRIENDLY, GREAT POSITION, PERFECT HOTEL

Stayed with friends in triple room. Friendly staff, 24 hour service. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, there was somewhere to make tea and coffee. Great place to stay if visiting London. All in all great find and would stay here again.

Quite location confused with standard room and others Staff upgraded us to an en-suite with out charge

this hotel is great to put your head down and sleep in a clean safe place. the room is super clean and simple, only thing is walls are quite thin so you can hear the people next door but people are sensible and quiet!

I didn't have very high expectations as the cost was so low, but was pleasantly surprised. Hotel is very basic but is clean and has everything you need. I was upgraded to a double on arrival (very early - just wanted to leave my case, but room was ready). Staff were friendly. Downsides: no cup/kettle in room and bathroom tiny with no mirror...

I know the room was fairly cheap but it felt really cheap. Heating didn’t work in the room and mattress very thin and cheap feeling. Not a luxury hotel

The hotel is clean and comfortable and well maintained. The only issues I encountered were that there was a string smell in all the common areas, which was probably of cleaning products, but was sometimes so strong as to be a bit nauseating.

Highly recommend this hotel, clean, and has what you need for a couple of nights. The staff it’s very friendly and has good customer service. Helped me to book a taxi to the airport. Sorry I don’t know his name, but it’s the receptionist at night, thanks for helping me out!

An Oasis of Calm within one of the world's busiest cities. Exceptional, professional and friendly staff. Peaceful and quiet location within walking distance of Central Line underground station as well as local shops, restaurants etc. Comfortable clean rooms. Also a peaceful garden where birdsong is the only sound.

What an excellent hotel. The staff were lovely, the room especially the bed was amazing and the view from the window, well as you can see from the pictures was amazing. Truly exceeded expectations and look forward to returning.

hotel is clean,reception staff helpful and friendly. Basic single room is just about adequate,though serves the purpose. Toilet in the shared bathroom had a damaged flush mechanism.
