I stayed in room 5, bright green light kept me awake, then someone dicided to drag heavy furniture around downstairs at 05:45am until 08:00am when I left.

Clean and spacious room but this hotel doesn’t serve breakfast! Wasn’t sure if I missed that when booking. Lovely staff very helpful. 6 mins drive from teeside shopping park which has many restaurants

This may look like an ordinary pub from outside but my room was gorgeous. Spacious, beautifully furnished, lovely bathroom, thick towels, everything I like. Staff were really friendly and the food was good too. I'd definitely recommend.

Checked out after 5 minutes it was absolutely disgusting the smell was horrendous of urine in the room even though all windows were open in December! Avoid

Overall a decent stay. Staff were polite and efficient with check-in and the room was clean, tidy and all basic requirements for a comfortable stay. Bathroom was surprisingly modern. Only downers were the noise from the bar downstairs (but it did go quiet after 10pm) and parking (had to park around the corner on a public road). I'd stay again if I was in the area. Thanks

I keep waxing lyrical about this hotel, but they never cease to deliver. I managed to get in the executive suite this time, for £112. The premier inn 5 minutes up the road is £113. For a single traveller on business there is nothing better. Breakfast is hearty, delicious, and served with a smile. You cannot ask for more
