The facilities are clean and comfortable ,staff checkin and checkout are friendly and helpful .It is like a private apartment with few rooms and very reasonable price .Só close to the Gran Via and Puertas del Sol lots and lots of restaurantes in walking distance . The negative no 24/7 reception service all done by booking times and no provisions to store your baggage if leaving late . Apart from that I strongly recommend

Very clearn and great location. Rooms are small but has all the basics. I was there for a quick stop and it served its purpose well.

The room was lovely and very clean and I was given lots of really great local tips on arrival. I was a little taken aback by not being allowed to eat or drink in the room, and by being told to have short showers. My room was also very noisy all night. The biggest disappointment was when I wanted my luggage stored - it was stored in the end but it was difficult and without being told there was a charge, I was charged - not much but it seemed really petty.

The interior is nice and looks fairly new. Great location in between Gran Vila and Sol. The walls are really thin though which i thought they could have done a better job at given it looks recently built or renovated. Staff was friendly and helpful. They could probably use a bigger sign outside as well.

Stuff very friendly , helpful ,English speaking. Very clean ,renovated rooms ,not very big but well organized. With a common area for coffee tea and a fridge. The room was facing the street so was noise at night. Good deal for its price.

A localização é incrível, está a alguns passos da Gran Via. E caso queira, pode-se fazer tudo a pé. O quarto é bem bonito e limpo. Ambiente muito agradável. Minha única ressalva é quanto ao ar condicionado que estava programado para o mínimo de 22 graus, não conseguimos colocar menos do que isso. E as vezes a noite desligava também.

Todo estuvo maravilloso. Lo ùnico es que hay mucho ruido, se escucha lo que pasa afuera del hotel y otras habitaciones.

Un hotel con una infraestructura sencilla pero bien atendido, limpio y con. Urna relación precio / prestación. Es para recomendar.

Bonito y limpio alojamiento con ubicación ideal en el centro de Madrid! La dueña majisima y siempre dispuesta ayudar en lo que fuese necesario. Sin duda volveremos cuando vayamos a Madrid!

Zimmer klein wie ein Schuhkarton. Kleiderschrank konnte höchstens 10cm geöffnet werden,weil davor stand der Nachtschrank. Dusche war ok, das Waschbecken in miniaturform in einer Ecke gequetscht, nichts für größere Menschen. In den 5 Tagen wurde nicht einmal durchgewischt oder das Bett gemacht. Nur der Mülleimer im Bad wurde 3x geleert. Einzig der Standort war super.
