Good value for price. No problem with accessing room with code, bed linens very clean, appreciated coffee in hospitality room. Grocery store and restaurants very close. Great location if hiking around Mt. Tiede.

No staff at all to help with check in. No heat in the rooms and it’s freezing. Half the power was out in the room. No maintenance personnel to deal with power being out. Online checking took way longer than it should because their system kept failing. Pretty disappointing. This place has the potential to be really good if it was managed properly. Disappointed.

I struggled with check in, with no front service desk. Really old place, door was jammed. Dogs were barking around and it 2 dark. I decided actually to go forfeit and stay elsewhere

It is in a rural location, which is fine. But felt quite unsafe checking in late. The doors would not open. There was this smell in the kitchen and room. No desk service in the rural location made it hard

Located next to many restaurants and cafe's. Very clean and perfect for a short stay in Vilaflor.

So easy to check in

Don't buy the picture, it's actually quite bleak there and you will not get heating even if you are ready to pay for it. And the walls - you can hear your neighbor breath, not talking about young couple in next room, who in my case luckily left the room before the night after intensive usage.

The main light switch in our room controlled the circuit breaker for the sockets in our rooms as well. So when light was off, no power was provided to the sockets. This resulted in impossibility to reload our devices during night (phones, powerbanks - which are very important for hiking).

We really enjoyed our stay in what felt like a very authentic farmhouse. The room was very comfortable. Only the lighting detracted from the romantic atmosphere (the Spanish seem to prefer bright white light in general!). There is a breakfast place down the street (turn left and just follow the road). Villaflor is really pretty especially on a clear day, and we were lucky to be able to see the stars at night.

Wonderful rural style hotel near the main square. Lovely shaded area under a vine canopy and also a roof top terrace. Check in was easy by calling the numbers on the door. Mini Market opposite very handy.

There was no reception when we arrived at 2pm had to call a number and the owner guided us to open the front door and gave a brief tour. The room was as shown in the pictures however the double bed had only a single duvet cover which was too small for two people and the mattress was very uncomfortable. We stayed two nights but there was only sufficient toilet paper for one night and no staff to obtain new rolls from. We were not offered a Wi-fi password at any point and it was not displayed in the room. Out room was not serviced during our stay this may have been due to Covid-19 but we were not told this.

Ideal walking/hiking location 20m from the GR 131. Comfortable stay, great value.

Very good family rural hotel with home cooked food by the Georgian owner. Owner was helpful and nothing too much trouble. Some of the single rooms do not have an external window which was not an issue for me as I was out all day had dinner and went to bed

Clean comfortable staff very helpful. Village lovely. Ideal place for walkers. Breakfast very good but limited choice. Would go back.

I liked the included tea and coffee as well as the charming wooden rooms. The beds were extraordinary clean. Self-serviced check-in with flexible arrival time.

En el salón tienen servicio de café, chocolate y té pero es muy básico. Los baños comunes de la planta baja del edificio desprenden un olor muy especial que se queda alrededor del pasillo.
