Always a great place to stay

I really do like this place and I’ve stayed several times, the service is always good. It is somewhat of a lottery if you get comfortable room or one that could do with a spruce up in the comfort and shower amenities area.

I love the character of this place, the room I had this time was better than my last stay. The staff are lovely and friendly.

Very quirky and wonky floors and doors old hotel so I suppose to be expected. Good service staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Great central location.

Lovely old hotel with character, friendly helpful staff, great bar with good selection of well priced real ale. Restaurant was very good.

Quaint very old with little door ways,uneven floors etc which is great..good bar and food etc right in middle of town.plus free parking at rear. Comfy bed, walls paper thin can literally here everything plus our room had no heating working and noise from nightclub emptying and walking past 4am.

Such a great place to stay, great service, great food, great atmosphere!

Always a fantastic place to atay

Everything was lovely, except the 1980s shower! This was the only thing letting this place down, the water was down to a trickle.

Great old hotel with lots of Welsh old charm. Loved all of the wood beams, crooked stairs; walls, etc. Nice bar and restaurant on main floor. Helpful staff.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Nantwich. No faults, though I did find the bed mattress too soft for my liking.

Wonderful 16th century hotel. Needless to say it was a bit wonky everywhere but full of character and busy in a ge bar and restaurant. Staff great, facilities understandably in need of an upgrade

Beautiful Tudor building, pleasant room, noisy in the morning as ancient beautiful leaded windows faced street.

A wonderful 'old world' welcoming place to stay in the centre of town. Everything on your door step.

Fantastic place to stay!

Always a great stay at the Crown, this was my 5th stay in the last year, staff are brilliant! Extremely friendly and professional,Food and ambiance is great, very reasonable price as well. The smallest of negatives would be as a heavier person the mattress is a little uncomfortable, but apart from that I would only ever stay at the Crown.
