Amazing property with lots to do, our room butler was on top of everything, got us to restaurants and attractions and made recommendations.

This is a very modern hotel, with everything controlled using a laptop panel, from the lights, curtain to in room dining. The fascilities are new and proper. The staff here go beyond and above to serve us. Everyone with a smile and ready to help. The minibar is stocked everyday. And surprises given to us everyday with turn down service. I cannot be more happy with the location of the hotel. It’s near waterpark and it’s above Don Don Donki and a lot of eateries. Special thanks to Miko at the breakfast area and our butler Kevin and Roland for making us feel at home.

很喜歡房間寬敞明亮，樓底高，環境潔淨。有多款免費飲品及食物提供，且有職員親自送上歡迎小食，味道還不錯👍很貼心。櫃枱及設施職員有禮貌，就連清潔房間的職員也是👍⋯⋯惟一本人認為美中不足的是枕頭並不好用，愈睡愈平，沒有回彈力。另外，洗手間很大，但半夜要上廁所格時，一按燈就只有一個燈掣開啟所有浴室範圍，即時半間房光亮至睡床那邊

這間酒店一流，職員非常殷勤及有禮，check in 效率高，late check out完全沒有問題。 房間很大，乾淨企理，飲品及小食大部份都是免費的，我每次到澳門必定住這裏。

Our stay at the hotel was great! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I loved the thoughtful anniversary decorations, which made the occasion special. They also allowed a late check-out and provided pillows with the perfect firmness for a great night's sleep. I also enjoyed the gym and spa experiences in the hotel. Highly recommend!
