Hotel still new and very clean

Stay here most of the time when I go to Penang, close proximity to all the food we love, convenient to travel, easy to get Grab or just simply within walking distance. The staff are always nice and practical, and after all these years, they manage to keep it clean and looking new. The price is good also, still budget-friendly. Very good.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. The service is good and the staff is friendly.

This was the third time I stayed at Zoom hotel. The location is near everywhere. Just walking a few minutes, there are many foods to find, and also durians, of course.

Room is clean and neat, bathroom is clean as well. I choose the king size bed because I spend my trip in Penang with my wife and son. They got water dispenser in the lobby where you can refill your drinking water for free. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is good also, within walking distance to eateries in Macalister. On our last day, we're allowed to store our luggage in their storage room after check out because we still have long hours before our flight, which is very convenient so we can go around another place first to spend some more time before coming back to the hotel to pick up our luggage and go to the airport. Overall, a pleasant experience with this hotel.

Perfect. No flaws. Easy access to everything nearby. It's also close to where you can eat.

I've stayed here many times. It's a nice, clean place, with large rooms, and the beds are excellent for a hotel of this class.

Clean, can refill mineral water, close to everywhere, the room is big.

nice place nice hotel to stay...all is clean but there are hairs in toilet drain...hope this can be improved...will stay here again for next time visiting penang

nice location, clean and comfortable hotel

The hotel is near Pavilion Mall. The room is clean. They clean the room every day and change the towels and toiletries. It is lady-friendly when you walk at night. Safe place. Near to KLCC as well. Very recommended.

Good hotel for a short vacation. Clean and spacious for my family

I stayed for 3 nights Dec 2025. The hotel location is great, near hawkers & durian seller only 5 minutes walk. Very close to Penang Street Art & other shops & hospital. You can refill drink water in the lobby. It is just the air con facing right to the bed so it is very cold. Also you can hear next door conversation & the door close quite noisy. They collected 30RM per room for tax.

The location is good, the cleanliness is good, but the TV isn't a smart TV yet. If it had a smart TV, it would be perfect.

The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere, plenty of dining options, and Weiling is also nearby. If I go to Penang, I'll definitely stay at Zoom Hotel 👍
