Place is quite great. Good location, 5 min walk to Alor Street, Berjaya, or to take Trains at Hang Tuah station. I booked 3 bedrooms with 2 additional beds, for 7 ppl + 1 kid. The unit was big enough for us all. You also got kitchen to cook, big refrigerator, washing machine, and also access to the pool. Pool was actually okay, but others might be leaving garbage around the pool which makes it kinda unpleasant. But still this place was a good deal for me.

The room is clean, I took the 2 bedrooms, all have bathrooms, complete facilities are all functioning. The owner and staff are very friendly. Should have checked out at 11 but I was allowed to stay until 1 hihihi. The only drawback is that it is noisy because there are trains passing by every now and then and it seems to operate 24 hours. But even so, I don't regret staying here.

Friendly owner. Quick response. The apart is really nice. Coming back, I will stay here again. Want to go to Jln Alor near, the pavilion is near, not too far to walk.

The place is in the casa apartment. With a price of 300 thousand, it is quite reasonable. 350 350 350 m 350 approximately. To Alor Street is also quite close. Mini market is close. The atmosphere is quite quiet because it is in the corner. When I went there, there was construction in front but when I was sleeping there was no noise. If breakfast has not been found when staying around the hotel. Complete facilities hot water, refrigerator, microwave, iron, TV is already smart TV, quite spacious for a studio type. View towards Alor Street although all that can be seen are the lights. Those who have not checked in yet can wait in the other room. 3 nights here is OK. The suggestion is to lower the deposit to RM 50 or 100.

The unit is very comfortable, beautiful view, and service very excellent, maybe later I will book this unit again.

Staf tidak ramah. Tidak bisa bahasa inggris. Lokasi tempat sangat membingungkan karena tidak ada di google map harusnya ditulis apartemen green residence karena merupakan bagian dari apartemen ini jadi membuat orang bingung. Sekuriti tidak membolehkan kami menaikan atau menurunkan koper di lobby hal yang sangat aneh padahal apartemen nya di sewakan untuk umum. Koper harus bawa sendiri tidak di siapkan help service. Saya sudah tulis di note kami akan early check in tapi owner nya tidak peduli awalan kami di kenakan tarif Rm 500 untuk letakan koper tapi kami komplen akhirnya dengan debat panjang di bolehkan letak koper di kamar dengan tanpa biaya. Harus nya app memberitahu pihak owner apartemen di tulis di deskripsi harap meng infokan kedatangan tamu h-3 sebelum kedatangan maka jelas setiap tamu harus menghubungi dulu petugas nya karena kami tidak tau kalo di apartemen itu tidak ada yang siapkan atau menyambut seperti layaknya hotel.

Menginap 6 malam di Cozy Home Suites, benar-benar cozy. Ruangannya bersih terawat, kasur dan bantalnya juga bersih dan empuk. Peralatan makan dan dapurnya lengkap, tersedia mesin cuci dan jemuran, benar-benar komplit. Pemandangan dari jendelanya juga indah. Posisinya dekat ke mana-mana, mencari makanan pun mudah, banyak restoran kafe, dekat dengan food street Jalan Alor. Semuanya mudah dijangkau dengan berjalan kaki, atau kalau malas jalan kaki, pesan Grab harganya juga murah karena jarak tempuh ke destinasi cukup dekat. Pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan berlibur ke Malaysia dapat menginap di sini dengan harga terjangkau, cenderung lebih murah dibanding apartemen lain. Pelayanannya juga ramah, tidak ada kendala check in dan check out.

Very satisfied staying here, the service is very good, next time we will book again when we have time to leave.
